7/10 – Good Room, but Disappointing Customer Service
Pros:

The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. It had a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, and all the essential appliances. The daily housekeeping service was good, and the air conditioning worked well.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the reception staff were extremely unhelpful and unfriendly. They seemed unwilling to assist with even simple requests, and their attitude was very disappointing. The hotel also does not provide basic bathroom amenities, such as a toothbrush and toothpaste. When I requested them, I was told that the hotel does not provide these items. Only after I complained did they bring me a toothbrush, without toothpaste. Additionally, the bathroom is tiny and looks worn out, and there is no luggage assistance service. Even when I asked the reception for small change, they refused to help despite apparently having the service available. In my opinion, these are not the standards you would expect from a four- or five-star hotel. Based on my experience, I would rate this hotel no more than three stars, mainly because of the poor customer service and lack of basic hospitality.

Месторасположение замечательное, но это единственное хорошее, что можно сказать об этом отеле.

Cons:

На Bookng отеь заявлен как 5-звездочный, но по качеству он скорее соответствует 3-м, и то с натяжкой. Т.е. реальность сильно отличалась от ожиданий. Матрасы неудобные, отсутствовали туалетные принадлежности, таких как шампуни -. был только гель для душа, Полотенца , давно забывшие что такое белый цвет... Очень неудобная ванная, даже опасная для гостей пожилого возраств. Скудный выбор еды. все это далеко от 5 звезд. к тому же время уборки в отеле очень неудобное - с 14 до 17, как раз когда гости хотят отдохнуть. при этом чистые полотенца во время уборки как правило отсутствовали.... приходилось ждать пока они прибудут, и выпрашивать их вечером отдельно.... хотя персонал был очень милым и старался нам помочь, это не компенсировало недостатков отеля. еще одна маленькая, но неприятная деталь: когда мы спросили , сколько нужно доплатить, чтобы вместо 11 утра выехать в 14, нам заявили, что нужно оплатить половину суточной стоимости, хотя отель был явно не переполнен гостями. Вообщем, не советую здесь останавливаться, если вам выжны качество и комфорт

موقعه عند ميدان الحريه

Cons:

رغم موقع الفندق عند ميدان الحريه لكن مدخل الفندق سيء جداً مافي ولا سياره تقدر تدخل الغرف سيئه ليست مثل الصور الفندق قديم وفرشه قديم السرير غير مريح المفارش والمناشف لونها اصفر وفيها ريحه طلبت تغير الغرفه ورفضت موظفه الاستقبال تقول كل غرف الفندق نفس الشي وانا على اساس حاجز فندق 5 نجوم !! تعامل غير جيد واسلوب غير راقي حتى الفطور محدود جداً ولو نزلت قبل الوقت ب 5 دقائق يطردوك ويقولو لسه ما بدأ الفطور بصراحه مافي ولا شي طيب في الفندق ولا يستاهل اكثر من نجمتين مو خمس نجوم

The location is perfect. It’s close to Freedom Square, but not on the main street, so the area was super quiet. There’s also a large shopping mall and a metro station nearby.

מיקוח טוב ומחיר הוגן
Pros:

מיקום טוב על כיכר החירות. מחיר טוב. מעלית וחדרים גדולים יחסית.

Cons:

מזרון רך. כניסה לא נוחה למלון דרך מעבר קצת מוזר. מקלחון מיושן. מחיר מול התמורה שווה ביותר.
