Pros:

Everything about the Hotel was wonderful! The staff was very accommodating. rooms comfortable and clean and loved the balcony over looking the city. Highly recommend BCN Colonial Hotel.

L emplacement en plein centre près de la Cathédrale, mais calme( nous avons une chambre sur rue au 5e étage) dans un.joli quartier. Chambre lumineuse propre et spacieuse.

Pros:

Room was nice. Location was close to the picasso museum and the old district with monuments you could walk to which was nice. They let us sit in the downstairs lounge area after we checked out to get some rest.

Cons:

We got locked out of one of the rooms and tried to call the reception from one of the other rooms and the person in reception couldn't hear us or understand us so we had to go downstairs to get a new card made and then the person at reception was trying to blame the phone (which was their own landline) for not being able to hear us and then was generally unhelpful and accusatory.
