Localização excelente, equipe solícita e quarto confortável.
Limpeza e café da manhã podem ser melhores dado o custo da hospedagem.
Quarto em si bom (peguei a suite superior) com boa cama, café da manha ok, localização otima (a 10 min andando de varios pontos interessantes, principalmente pra quem gosta de bar)
Não houve muitos contras, apenas as toalhas do banheiro que achei de qualidade bem ruim (bem raspuda)

O café da manhã possui uma grande variedade de opções. Tudo muito bom.
As roupas de cama e de banho não eram totalmente novas, apresentando pequenos sinais de desgaste. O que não comprometeu a utilização.
Cama era bastante confortável. Quarto categoria superior amplo e com vista bonita. Localização excelente!

O café da manhã é ótimo, o a quarto era amplo e estava limpo, o Wifi funciona muito bem! A equipe é atenciosa, a localização é muito boa.
Tive um problema com o cofre, solicitei abertura à noite e fui informado que só seria atendido pela manhã, com a chegada da equipe de manutenção. O cofre foi aberto pela manhã, não comprometeu meu compromisso. Mas seu eu precisasse mesmo à noite ficaria complicado!

-Receptionist upon arrival in the evening arpound 6pm that had bad attitude as had dared ask him if he spoke some English. I speak some Spanish, too, but he was not friendly and rolled his eyes up when asked him to check in his computer wheher we had a booking here first before he 0hptocoied our passports as had already gone to one wring hotel as all called Savissi and had taxi driver waiting!...

Localização excelente, muito acessível a restaurantes e próximo a vários locais de interesse da cidade. Café da manhã variado, reposição atenta e serviço de restaurante no próprio hotel, como uma comodidade. Equipe da recepção e restaurante muito gentil. Quarto espaçoso, armários amplos c cabides e gavetas, cama muito confortável, banho excelente.
A iluminação de cabeceira em um dos lados da cama é feita por abajur, portanto uma luz insuficiente para leitura. Sugiro a instalação de uma pequena luminária com foco para leitura na cama
