Boa opção com ótima localização
Pros:

Tamanho do quarto era ótimo, limpo e o espaço da banheira da hidro era ótima!
Localização dele também é muito boa!

Cons:

Café da manhã poderia ser melhor, achei com poucas opções e eram apenas 9h e já não recebemos mais reposições...

Ótima localização, na Savassi, com ótimo café da manhã e quarto amplo.

Cons:

A arrumação do quarto poderia ser um pouco melhor.
Deixamos as toalhas penduradas e, quando voltamos, estavam no chão e sem reposição.

Hotel com potencial, porém, necessitando de reparos.
Pros:

O hotel tem um bom espaço, quarto amplo, cama confortável e roupa de cama cheirosa e bem limpa.

Cons:

A quantidade de umidade dentro do quarto era terrível. Cheiro forte de mofo e paredes descascando e estufadas de umidade. Tivemos que deixar as janelas abertas.

Pros:

A experiência no hotel foi muito boa. A localização é excelente, bastante central, facilitando o acesso a diversos pontos da cidade. O staff merece um destaque especial: todos foram extremamente simpáticos, atenciosos e acolhedores, sempre prontos para ajudar e fazer com que a estadia fosse ainda mais agradável.
O café da manhã foi muito bom, variado e bem organizado, e o jantar superou as expectativas, com pratos saborosos e bem servidos. O quarto era confortável, espaçoso e, no geral, bem cuidado, proporcionando uma estadia tranquila e agradável.

Cons:

Como ponto de melhoria, notei apenas um pouco de poeira em alguns móveis do quarto, algo pontual que poderia ser facilmente ajustado. Outro ponto também a cobrança do café no lobby para os hóspedes, pelo valor que se paga pela estadia, o café poderia ser gratuito. No entanto, isso não comprometeu a experiência geral, que foi bastante positiva.
Recomendo o hotel e certamente voltaria a me hospedar, especialmente pelo excelente atendimento da equipe.
