Pros:

La proximité avec Aquabasilea, les tarifs préférentiels pour l'entrée journalière, la propreté de l'établissement, la gentillesse du personnel.

Cons:

Nous n'avons pas pu parler français ni allemand avec la réceptionniste. Bien que cette personne était sympathique, il aurait été appréciable d'être renseignés par les autres réceptionnistes qui parlaient apparemment bien français.
Le check-out a aussi été compliqué, avec plusieurs erreurs sur la facture.
