When a brand drops stars from 4 to 2

Buena instalación, limpio.

El personal esta perdido, necesitan entrenamiento, la cómoda terrible, jamás serviría el pollo que me sirvieron en in Marriott, hasta en los hoteles 2estrellas te dan al menos una botella de agua en la habitación inclusive llame horas antes para confirmar y nada el call center no tiene coneccion con el hotel. En todos lados solo

Nice hotel to stay with close proximity to waterpark
Pros:

Quick checkin. Professional staff. Rooms are really well equipped with even irons for pressing clothes. Direct entry to the waterpark. Had lots of fun there! Good breakfast

Cons:

Expensive Parking fees. Also would be nice if waterpark prices could be made cheaper.

Prima hotel voor een kort verblijf in Basel en omgeving
Pros:

Het is een zakenhotel dat van alle gemakken is voorzien. De receptiemedewerkers zijn zeer vriendelijk en hebben mij vlot ingecheckt. De kamers zijn niet heel ruim en dat geldt eigenlijk ook voor het sanitair. De bedden zijn prima en er is ruimte om eventueel wat werk te doen. Beneden is er een gezellige bar die meestal druk bezocht wordt.

Cons:

De kamers hadden wel iets ruimer gemogen en de afstand naar de binnenstad van Basel was groter dan ik vantevoren ingeschat had.
