Excellent location with spacious rooms and a pleasant view. Despite construction work across the street, the Empire State Building is still visible. The hotel restaurant is a real highlight — great food, especially the breakfasts and pizza. The bed was exceptionally comfortable.

Minor issue with the wardrobe not closing properly, and the rooms could be slightly better maintained.

Mixed overall disappointed Room very good but drinks and food overpriced

Had to wait 2 hours to check in
Were compensated in vouchers which helped
