Billing issues
Pros:

Very close to the lady Gaga concert at MSG, not to far of a walk to Times Square and a lot of the stores

Cons:

Was charged double before getting the property, spoke to a lady there about it and she wasn’t the nicest. When we checked in the manager was great helped through the whole issue. Was charged again while we were there and it was classified as a glitch in their system. Overall a great stay but don’t know if I would stay at kimpton again

Pros:

Overall, the service was good, but not great, this is not a true 5 star hotel experience. More like 4 stars.

Cons:

Guest servic / room service: poor experience
Room equipment: they dont even provide a damn toilette brush, so couples, beware, your romantic experience might be a little shitty.

Breakfast is poor
