Cons:

This is usually a solid hotel and I have stayed several times there. However, this time I did not have a good experience.
I changed my booking approx. 10 days prior to my arrival via Booking.com. Apparently, there was a communication issue between Booking.com and the hotel and they were not aware of my changed arrival time. As a result the hotel thought I was a no-show, charged me 3x the correct value (which they will reimburse) and my check-in took approx. 40min.
Also, my room was not cleaned up once during the two days (privacy sign was not up). I had to call at night to get fresh towels.

Pros:

My stay was good. I asked the receptionist for a room on the upper floors so that I could get a good rest and avoid noise, and they immediately gave me a room on the 23rd floor. Thank you very much for that. The bed is large and comfortable, and there was a beautiful view of the mountains from my room window.

Cons:

I really enjoyed my stay overall. However, I would like to mention a couple of small things. There were no slippers in the room, although I asked for them to be brought, and they were not delivered. Also, there was no kettle or coffee machine in the room, which felt a bit unusual for a 5-star hotel.

Amazing hotel in the city close to everything that allowed me to travel with my pet keeps me coming back time after time
Pros:

Clean- pet friendly and can’t tell, the rooms are a great size, walking distance to Madison square garden, the staff is very accommodating - close to everything

Cons:

The bike lane in front but can’t really do anything about that
