You can tell the room wasn't cleaned or restocked before we checked in, barley had any toilet paper there were no bags in the trash can, couch pillows were gross, and thebwindow by the bed was very drafty I had the heat on 78 and it was still cold

This hotel is an odd mix. It didn’t seem outdated, but it didn’t have outlets and usb ports readily available around the bed area that are expected these days. It was clean and in good repair though, and the staff was fine. Breakfast was average for this price range.

Others were too noisy around 10pm at night. It looks like a large group was staying. I think a sports group.

Everything else was awesome except for the price. It was to much to pay and barely get anything decent for the free breakfast.

Clean rooms, great breakfast and wonderful employees!
Pros:

I have never written a review on TripAdvisor before, but I wanted to write one after this trip. When we first arrived into the bright and clean lobby area, we were immediately greeted with smiles and hellos from Ashley and her trainee (sorry I can’t remember her name). They quickly checked us in and got us our keys and offered us cookies and water.
Our room was a king studio room and when we first walked in I was amazed to see the separate living area with a couch and TV and then walked into the bedroom area with a desk and another TV. The air conditioning, mini fridge, iron and microwave worked wonderfully.
The continental breakfast bar was scrumptious. We had a choice of coffee, juices, eggs, bacon, waffles (2 different flavors), muffins, cereal, oatmeal and more. Sara was constantly attending to the food to make sure more was added when needed, keeping the breakfast area clean, and greeting everyone who came in.
As we continued to come and go during our stay, other people like Liz continued to make our stay upbeat and enjoyable with her smiles and recommendations of places to see and restaurants to dine at.
We will definitely come back to this hotel next time we are in town. Thank you!

We arrived early (1 hour) and asked if we could possibly check in early but the type and location of room we had requested was not ready yet so we opted to wait the extra hour until regular check in time. No problem. However, when we returned an hour later, we were told the room was still not ready and we had to wait an extra 30 minutes. If front desk staff had communicated with cleaning staff when we first arrived this could have been avoided and everything would have gone more smoothly. Overall, great place to stay!
