Pros:

My stay was great, our bathroom door handle fell off but other than that it was 10/10. AC worked great, room was clean and well stocked, free drinks in the fridge upon arrival. Housekeeping also came in everyday and tidied up and restocked the fridge with water. Front desk was very kind and patient, breakfast buffet had variety and was tasty. And I like that this hotel had a designated area for vehicles to pull up anytime we were coming back via a grab or our deliveries were getting delivered. I will stay here again. Thank you all!

Great hotel, but please do something about pillows
Pros:

Great hotel awesome breakfast, only if they could do something about their sagging no support pillows, and air conditioning
Their pillows are just atrocious, I need a chiropractor session for my backpain after sleeping on it for several nights. And Air conditioning it is either made room super cold or super damp, there seems to be only the two binary choices.

Hotel property .. appearances and finishes including amenities are all perfect. Overall amazing and highly recommend.. small issue almost nonexistent.. SOME OF the staff are a bit too involved or curious in personal guest matters. I think the best way to put it is nosiness. I've had attempts to hack my devices using their public WiFi..

Below average “VIP” property. The staff were awesome and friendly. Location is convenient. The property is quote worn and could use an update. The worst part of the stay was the noise. The walls seem to be paper thin and you can hear everything from the lobby or other rooms. The street noise is loud too.

If you're looking for a quiet and restful place, the. Loom elsewhere. If you're looking for a good location, then this is a good spot.

I had a truly wonderful experience staying at Maitria Hotel Sukhumvit 18 in Bangkok. From the moment I arrived, the staff at the front desk were incredibly welcoming and professional. Their hospitality made check-in smooth and pleasant, and they were always available to help with any questions or needs throughout the stay.

The room was spacious, clean, and modern, with thoughtful amenities like a kitchenette, a comfortable bed, and a smart layout. It’s perfect for both short visits and longer stays. The air conditioning worked well, and the Wi-Fi connection was fast and reliable.

One of the highlights is the rooftop pool and fitness center – clean, quiet, and ideal for relaxing after a day in the city. The hotel’s location is also excellent: just a few minutes’ walk to BTS Asok and MRT Sukhumvit, with plenty of restaurants, cafés, and a convenience store nearby.

Special thanks to the reception team – friendly, helpful, and attentive. They provided great recommendations and always greeted us with a smile.
