Live entertainment with the drug deals out front.
Pros:

Room floor was filthy. Never mopped. Feet turned black walking barefoot from bed to bath. Cabinet doors missing. Seems to be the standard for rooms on the third floor Daughters had room on second floor; world of difference. Room was clean and set up nice. Last guest chewed gum, found it behind the TV and in the bathroom.

Cons:

Third floor room filthy. Building location was where we needed it to be for our travel. Oh well.

Horrible, horrible horible
Pros:

room was spacious

Cons:

Animal feces all over property, IV drug use on property, group hangout with open drug use, blood in elevator and on floors. Dog urine stains all along careting. I am requesting a full refund for this hotel

We did not stay here i immediately asked for a refund a booked a different hotel.
Pros:

Nothing it was horrible. Smelled terrible. There was crack heads outside no office. It was just a doorway to check in. A lady was covered in blood asking me to buzz her into the hotel.

Cons:

Everything. Terrible. Walked in for 5 mins and we smelled like shit when we left.

Worst and most expensive stay ever

I like the kitchen and that's it

There was no breakfast for one and the bed was the hardest bed I've ever slept on when we walked in the room we were greeted by two cockroaches ,when we went to use the elevator one night we were met by piles of trash that had adult diapers in them so of course I reported it to the front desk immediately , but the next morning when I went to leave the trash was still there but the smell was even worse I had to report it to the day staff then finally they removed it , the place had almost no hot water, and we couldn't even sleep cause the room next doors dogs barked all night long and the front desk said there was nothing they could do about it , the pool was closed, and the guest laundry was down also , but they sure still charged us like it has all these extra things. I paid 95 for one night there and I would of been better off sleeping outside with all the junkies that surrounded this motel would of gotten a better night's sleep that's for sure.

Bad location. Public beware!

Alot of homeless hanging outside. Seems like this location may have contracted with the city to provide housing for the homeless. Had a run in with a drunk man that lived in the building, when I was entering the building. Could not fall asleep from the noise above our room. Will never stay at this location. If this location has contracted with the city of Bakersfield to house the homeless then they and booking.com needs to let the public know this before people book a stay at this location. Terrible location. Public beware! Also noticed law enforcement driving thru the parking lot. What's that tell you. This location needs to have security onsite. Beware!
