The facilities and location are very good, but the place needs maintenance and upkeep.
Pros:

The location is fantastic and when the pool is heated it’s very pleasant. The restaurant staff is very nice.

Cons:

The pool cleanliness was not great, and some days they wouldn’t heat it. The bathroom in my room didn’t drain properly and twice the people at the reception gave me unclean towels. The AC was ancient and didn’t do anything to mitigate the humidity and heat in the room.

Excelente atencion del personal. Las instalaciones de la habitación son limpias. El restaurante muy sabroso, hay cafetera en la habitación, pistola de aire, shampoo, enjuage, jabon de ducha, agua, hielo. Todo excelente!

Cons:

La alberca muy sucia, y mi segundo dia la pusieron en fuera de servicio para limpiarla, venimos para nadar. Y no fue agradable. Pero las veces anteriores. Todo bien. Fueron malas coincidencias.

Good location, otherwise not great
Pros:

The location is excellent.

Cons:

The listing says air conditioning, but the units are so old they don't work, they just blow room temperature air. This is misleading. They should not be listing AC if it's not functional! So be warned. The rooms all face into the courtyard which means there is a ton of noise from the restaurant. I would not book here if you need to go to sleep early or want to sleep in in the morning. The staff mostly seem annoyed to offer help in any way.

Pros:

Mi hospedaje no incluía desayuno,pero un día lo hice pagando lo aparte y no me resultó pues alrededor del hotel hay varias opciones mejores en calidad y precio .

Cons:

Que la tele nunca funcionó bien y que hicieron mucho ruido en cocino desde las 6 de la mañana y no pude dormir bien.

Buena, pero pudo haber sido excelente

La limpieza de la habitación fue excelente, piso baño y blancos muy limpios

Cons:

La atención de la recepcionista Itzel, fue cortante y poco clara con las dudas que teníamos, se notaba molesta,
Esa parte de decirnos que si ensuciabamos de más una toalla se nos cobraría, tal pareciera nuestra imagen no le pareció a la altura del hotel.

Otro punto negativo fue que nos tocó una habitación que da a la Av. Oye 2 y todo el tiempo hubo ruido excesivo dentro de la habitación

Buen hotel, deben cuidar el trato al huésped

La alberca es un plus del hotel excelente espacio para llegar a relajarse un rato y un buen espacio para tener entretenimiento para los hijos

Cons:

El trato por parte de una colaboradora del lobby, contestaciones como se bloquean temprano las tarjetas porque la mayoría de huéspedes se retiran muy temprano cuando se le expuso que aún no era hora del check out y no podía yo acceder a mi habitación para preparar mis cosas y poder dejar a tiempo la habitación

La ubicación es excelente porque está junto al zócalo de la ciudad. Las instalaciones son muy lindas y la zona de la alberca es muy agradable

Cons:

Los baños no tienen extractor, las camas son incómodas porque los colchones no son firmes, no hay servicio de televisión en vivo y el estacionamiento es demasiado limitado

Me gustó mucho su hotel
Pros:

Me gustó la tranquilidad, lo bonito que se ve todo, y la ubicación y que cada habitación tiene balcón y las vistas son muy lindas...

Cons:

Los colchones no son de mala calidad pero son de resorte y en lo personal no son cómodos, la alberca se sentía fría pero está limpia y bonita, la comida del restaurante tiene precio un poco alto para la porción, pedí mole poblano, pero el sabor es indiscutible...
