No education except maintenance ongoing. Should have been shutdown until maintenance is completed

Stay was fine, just needed a clean room.
Pros:

Gentleman at counter helped change booking date as I had put the wrong date when booking. Room was clean.

Cons:

Didn't choose breakfast, disappointed in the renovations, would have like to have known before I booked.

It was nice for what I needed.
Pros:

It was very close to what I was there for.

Cons:

Obviously is not a bad thing, but they were under renovation, so I couldn't use the Gym.

The service was okay, but the bedbugs and 3 AM fire alarm made my stay very uncomfortable.
Pros:

The front desk staff was polite, and check-in was smooth.

Cons:

Unfortunately, my room had bedbugs, and I was bitten during the night. To make things worse, the fire alarm went off around 3 AM, which disrupted my rest even further.
