Pros:

We liked the location.

Cons:

It was under construction and was the most expensive place we stayed at out of 4 hotels. Here was no breakfast available.

Horrible first time experience at this location.
Pros:

The young lady at the front desk was friendly.

Cons:

Upon entering the room and inspecting the bed, I discovered what appeared to be semen stains on the bed linens. This is completely unacceptable and raises major concerns about the cleanliness standards and housekeeping practices at your hotel.

This situation was not only disturbing, but also unsanitary and a potential health concern. As a paying guest, I expect clean, properly sanitized accommodations, and this experience fell far below reasonable expectations.

I immediately reported the issue, requested new linens, then requested a room change, however the incident has significantly impacted my confidence in your establishment.

My stay was okay and just sufficient.
Pros:

I didn't eat breakfast, think the Holiday Inn should have offered a FREE complimentary breakfast during their renovation ie., sealed muffins, fruit, juices & constant coffee in the make-shift food area. That seems like a Holiday Inn suggestion and a 100% solution. Major construction on interior of hotel with strong fumes and had not been informed at booking. Also pool was closed and was not informed at booking.

Gentleman at counter helped change booking date as I had put the wrong date when booking. Room was clean.

The service was okay, but the bedbugs and 3 AM fire alarm made my stay very uncomfortable.

The front desk staff was polite, and check-in was smooth.

Cons:

Unfortunately, my room had bedbugs, and I was bitten during the night. To make things worse, the fire alarm went off around 3 AM, which disrupted my rest even further.
