A great option for a simple ski weekend.
Pros:

The room had lots of space, and the front desk staff was very lovely and welcoming. Having a pool, hot tub and sauna were great too. Lots of parking, and really close to the ski hill and beautiful river.

Cons:

Not nearly enough seating in the breakfast room, and not enough amenities (a 25 minute wait for a waffle since only one machine). I also wish that the pathway into town was cleared in the winter so we could walk places safely and not only drive around.

Pros:

This hotel is in a great location, perfectly in between town and the ski hill. We were able to walk to town for food and to check out the beautiful historic town core. It was maybe a 15 minute walk, with beautiful scenery all around. the 360• view of the mountains and right on the river were amazing. It was a perfect location for our ski trip and we fished on the river right infront of the hotel as well. Was a great experience! The staff are so friendly and attentive, we felt so welcomed on our arrival and throughout our stay.

Cons:

Nothing, we can’t wait to stay again when we visit Fernie next.

Fabulous. All the staff are kind, friendly and obviously very hard working. The arcade was cool!
Pros:

Wonderful staff, great facilities, delicious restaurant. It was a great experience. I'd love to stay again if we go through Fernie. Excellent location, 3 minutes from the ski hill and 3 minutes from town but it has everything so we didn't have to leave the hotel for anything.

Cons:

The only thing I noticed was there was no fan in the washroom. That is the only thing I can think to write as not so great

Comfortable family friendly, dog friendly, fun hotel with everything you need.
Pros:

We really liked the pool and the waterslide. The kids had a great time. Having the restaurant available was great and the food selection was very diverse which we enjoyed. The arcade was a wonderful bonus, and our kids were delighted with this opportunity. The beds were comfortable, the balcony was a nice addition, the amenities in the room were sufficient. We loved that we could bring our dog, and we were close to a door for outside easy access.

Cons:

We have nothing to declare that we did not like.

It was just ok, not great value.
Pros:

Not too much to be honest. Would have been great 25-30 years ago.

Cons:

Wasn’t very clean, offered breakfast was very weak overall. Bed’s were old and not very comfortable. Pool was closed. Most of the hotel smelled musty/old carpet smell. Just sub par for the price.

The pool and hot tub were nice and well kept. The location was amazing!

Cons:

The breakfast was bad, there was no coffee from 9-10 am (breakfast goes until 10). There were no staff around to replenish and the options were low effort.

quick and we got out of there early in the morning

bed was clean

Cons:

we got there at 4:10 and our room was not ready. My husband was exhausted from driving. The front desk asked us to come back in 20 minutes. My husband fell asleep in the chair next to the front desk and many people checked in while we waited. I went back and had to wait in the line up for a while before the clerk saw me and told me oh yes your room is ready. The tap cover in the tub was so dirty I refused to have a shower!
