Stay was comfortable.. Food was good. Breakfast buffet is awesome. Feba from front office really helpful.
I arrived around 11am. I paid for the room and they refused to give me the room and said that check in is 2pm. I was too tired and left. I didn’t sleep in the hotel or use anything in there premises. I asked them to give me my money back and they refused.
I didn’t like the way they treated me. Dosing off at reception. And taking my money for nothing. I asked them to refund half of it and they said no

Flies in the Room, Very bad smell at ground floor lift area, ground should understand more about the property rather than just giving generic answer.
