Hotel has potential to be rated very high by customers with few improvements and good hoousekkeeping.
Pros:

Rooms were good , breakfast service was excellent, especially one Deepak who was outstanding.
Some points to improve:
The room was stuffy on opening and the exhaust fan in bathroom was not effective. Coffee,sugar and milk saches eere very old stk and llimited qtys were kept. Ironing plug at an inconvenient location. The room phone should have an extension oon the study table. Fans pedestal may be welcome in summer.

The gist of the stay was relaxing, clean, and worth the money.
Pros:

I really liked the ambience of the hotel. Every facility was a top notch facility. I stayed there for a very short duration however I'm planning to come again next month.
Especially Thanks to the lady at the reception "Ms Taniya", for being so attentive towards my requests.

Pros:

Samarth and Khusi were very helpful. Lovely juice and flavored detox water always available. The room was amazing, clean and big.

Cons:

The prices fluctuates on a daily basis which makes it difficult to really budget properly. Rooms were very noisy due to a wedding crowd occupying the entire floor.

I had an excellent experience at Radisson Hotel Sector 29, Gurugram. The hotel is located in a very convenient area close to major attractions, restaurants, and nightlife, making it perfect for both leisure and business travelers.

The rooms were extremely clean, spacious, and well maintained with modern amenities. The bed was very comfortable and the housekeeping service was prompt and efficient.

What impressed me the most was the hospitality of the staff. Everyone was polite, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and quick.

The food was also fantastic with a wide variety of options for breakfast. Everything was fresh and delicious.
