⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Exceptional Stay at Radisson Gurugram, Sector 29 — Hospitality at Its Best
My 3 nights & 4 days stay at Radisson Gurugram, Sector 29 from 13th to 16th August was truly a memorable experience. I have stayed at several Radisson properties across different cities, but the warmth, professionalism and personalised hospitality extended by the entire team at Radisson Gurugram, Sector 29 deserve special appreciation.
From the moment we checked in, Tannu at the Front Office made us feel genuinely welcomed. Her quick, efficient and seamless check-in was impressive.
The restaurant experience was equally outstanding. Jitendra, with his calm, courteous and warm personality, made every meal a pleasure. His dedication, along with the efforts of Ranveer and Syra, reflects the kind of genuine guest service that creates lasting impressions.
A very special appreciation for Chefs Uttam and Shankar—the food was simply superb, delicious and beautifully prepared. Their culinary skills, coupled with their ever-present warm smiles, made our dining experience even more enjoyable. Sanjeev's attentive care was also remarkable and deserves a special mention.
The Housekeeping team, especially Manoj Kumar, provided excellent service throughout our stay. Everything was maintained with great care and attention to detail.
At checkout, Khushi at the Front Office handled the payment formalities with impressive speed and efficiency, which was particularly appreciated as I had a flight to catch for Indore—my proudly loved, cleanest city in India!
Behind such consistent service is undoubtedly dynamic leadership. Mr. Sumit Bansal, General Manager, comes across as a truly warm and approachable gentleman who clearly cares not only for his guests but also for his team. That kind of leadership is reflected in the attitude and performance of the entire staff.
And finally, a very special word of appreciation for Mr. Samarth Vasishtha. His personal attention, genuine concern, hospitality and care for guests are truly remarkable. He represents the spirit of hospitality in its finest form.

I stayed here for 2 nights whilst on a business trip. The room was a very good size with all of the amenities needed for my stay. The room & bathroom were well presented and very clean.

All staff that I had interaction with were very helpful & polite...especially the housekeeping team who were very accommodating with their cleaning timings and were more than happy to fit their service around my schedule.

I would highly recommend this hotel if staying in the area.

Well the stay is quite satisfactory and the ambience as well as staff behavior and their quick to respond action is quite commendable

We had a wonderful stay at Radisson Hotel Sector 29, Gurugram. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. I would especially like to appreciate Mr. Ashwani (Housekeeping Supervisor) and Mr. Ching (Room Attendant) for their exceptional service. They were very polite, professional, and always ready to help. Their attention to detail and dedication made our stay even more comfortable. The room was spotless, and all our requests were handled promptly with a smile. Thank you, Ashwani and Ching, for your outstanding hospitality. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others. Looking forward to visiting again!
