Horrible mattress and bedding. Noisy, shady.

Bathroom very small. Not enough towels and no hooks to hang up wet towels
Tied to book out at 9.15 and reception locked. Noone to take our keycards and hadto leave in room. Room was clean but on the 3rd floor with no elevator. Not for older people. Parking is limited and very tight. Had to pay extra for a spot to park.

We had a great time

Didn't like that it said can sleep 6 but not say that it's two king beds to share. We made it work.
Also just one hot cup for the coffee maker in room.
Nice cute little room and clean.

Room was nice. It was located very close to the beach. Parking was a challenge. Had to pay $10 with no guarantee you will have a spot if you leave. Larger vehicles. Forget it.

From the moment we arrived, the experience was profoundly unprofessional and unsanitary, raising serious concerns about both the cleanliness and management of the establishment.

Our stay began with a concerning safety hazard: the air conditioning unit cover fell off upon arrival. We immediately reported this to the front desk, asking that it be cleaned. Despite an apology and a promise of immediate attention, no one addressed the issue. Furthermore, upon showering, we discovered the presence of black mold in the shower corners, a serious health concern.

Given these unacceptable conditions, we asked for a full refund and checked out to seek alternative accommodations. While the manager was unavailable, the front desk staff initially assured us that a refund would be processed. However, subsequent attempts to follow up on this promise through Expedia and direct contact with the inn have been met with complete disregard. Expedia reported that the inn was unresponsive to their calls. After we secured alternative lodging, our attempts to contact the inn to confirm the refund were met with our phone numbers being blocked, both mine and my friends. The inn's subsequent response of only answering one call, then blocking the number, is completely unacceptable.

The blatant disregard for guest safety, health, and well-being, compounded by the subsequent attempts to avoid accountability, is astonishing. The presence of black mold presents a significant health risk, and the failure to

We were a bit unsure at first because the reviews were all over the place, but we were pleasantly surprised! The hotel is in an amazing location—just a 2-3 minute walk to the beach and centrally located on the pier. Everything was very clean, relatively new, and the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. The only downside is the limited paid on-site parking, but there are plenty of public lots nearby. Overall, a great stay—and we would definitely return!

There was no parking, I parked in parking lot across the street for $20 till night and then look for parking, although the hotel listed that there’s parking on site - NOT.

Got to the room and needless to say, as pictures show - there’s MOLD - ceiling is covered in MOLD, also there’s MOLD in shower.

There were no towels, no soap. I went down to front desk to get some towels and perhaps get a different room, but the doors were locked to front desk - there was nobody there. I called the number posted on the door to ask for some towels and soap, they told me that they would bring some over - it took 2 hours and there was no soap, just towels…

I understand that this is a 2 star motel, but putting guests up in a room with MOLD - really?

Got to hotel, there was no parking, I asked the front desk person about parking and he told me that there are 2 spots but I couldn’t park there because I would block a jeep of a guest who checked out and they won’t be able to get out because I would block them, so the front desk person suggested I park in parking lot across the street for $20 till night and then park in hotel parking if there were spots - I had no choice and did that.
By the way the next day when I checked out the same Jeep was still there with 2 spots in front of it.

I read reviews before deciding on a place to stay and either people lied or something happened since they we wrote but our stay was awful. Check in time was 4pm however the room wasn't ready (I was traveling with 3 small children under 5 so this was unacceptable). Finally got in the room. it was clean however there were only 2 towels and no wash clothes or bat mat for 6 people. Requested more towels and wash clothes, didn't receive them so had to request them again. No hot water in the shower (again 3 small children so this was totally not okay). No one was ever in the office so you had to try to track them down or call a number that they didn't answer. (we also saw multiple other guests having issue with this. Was never once offered anything for all our troubles it was just sorry this is happening, it shouldn't be. I will NEVER recommend or stay here again. They did have a sign that said if you wrote a good review they would extend your stay an hour later for check out so am assuming that's how they got good reviews.

This was price gauging at its best… holiday weekend completely over charged. No parking no soap no hot water, dirty place, noisy but I get the noise its a holiday weekend…
Way too over priced and only bc it was July 4th. I can understand alittle higher rate… this is a 200/night at the most…. Not 800
Crazy insanity! And if it is 800 for the night NO PARKING I had to pay additional for parking??? And ask for soap?? And have a dirty bathroom…. They slap some fabuloso on the floor so it smells clean but very dirty….never again!!!!
