Location
It has improved which is good to see
Inside Room was lovely
Meals weren’t available during the stay and there were no facilities.
very clean rooms, very dog friendly
no food, bar shut, quite a drive to the nearest food store. The hotel is undergoing extensive renovation.
Clean and adequate accommodation.
Bar and restaurant were closed. A lot of scaffolding in evidence.
The location was good, the park and the Hotel
The restaurant staff was very rude and unprofessional. People came in the restaurant just before 8:00 and the blonde haired woman said “You are not going to eat now!” I am a professional chef 17 years ago but if someone would say the same thing in my shift that person would be fired.
Price and staff, comfortable, clean rooms
No evening meal
It was okay.... that's all. Rooms do have a small fridge
Room was not the cleanest
The Reception staff were friendly, our room was nice and clean
On our first night the two staff in the restaurant a male and a female were not really friendly, they asked us if we had been given a dinner pass when we booked in we said we wasnt so they told us to walk all the way back to reception, it was a very warm evening and quite a long walk for my husband who has a bad leg, when we asked at reception they said the staff in the restaurant could of just looked at their list!
The male member of staff in the restaurant was very rude and quite intimidating and very sarcastif when i asked him anything, i also saw him roll his eyes at another customer!!
We regularly stay at Britannia Hotels and this has definitely been the worst stay
Loved the big garden very good field
Nothing it was disgraceful
