Amazing staff. Susan was exceptionally warm, welcoming, and helpful.
Pros:

Amazing staff. Susan was exceptionally warm, welcoming, and helpful, and she truly went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Bob was also a pleasure to speak with, and his friendly conversations added to the positive experience. Thank you both for making our stay so enjoyable.

Historic building, wonderful staff and lovely room for a family. Amazing value for money.
Pros:

The building itself is beautiful, has an interesting history, and the people that work there were able to tell personal stories about parts of that history. The bar and restaurant wasn't open during our specific dates, but they gave us ample notice to find alternative ways to get fed. Wonderful to have a family room that accommodated our 3 and 4 year old. The TV in the rooms were great so we could watch the Winter Olympics after having been skiing during the day.

One night in Prestwick.
Pros:

I liked the rural location,I liked the gorgeous old building of Adamton House, looking beautiful in the evening light. Receptionist Robin was very very kind and welcoming as well as helpful. The room was comfortable and everything I needed was there.Alot of history relating to the building.

Cons:

There was no food available but it was not a problem as I had been telephoned in advance about it. I brought food with me and there was a fridge in the room.
