I liked the rural location,I liked the gorgeous old building of Adamton House, looking beautiful in the evening light. Receptionist Robin was very very kind and welcoming as well as helpful. The room was comfortable and everything I needed was there.Alot of history relating to the building.
There was no food available but it was not a problem as I had been telephoned in advance about it. I brought food with me and there was a fridge in the room.
It was £49 for the 2 of us. Good size standard room, nice furniture, beautiful new shower room. So handy for airport. Very clean, good sleep.
All perfect
Stayed before staff are amazing can never fault them
No iron or board in room but sure if i went down would have happily gave me one
Our room was like an ice box and had no heating, apart from a little oil heater which gave zero heat. However, we spoke to Susan on the front desk and without hestitation moved us to another room at a different sude of the hotel (thank you Susan) and delivered excellent customer service. A little disappointed the bar and restaurant was closed however this was commincated in the days before arrival so we went out for a lovely chinese meal so cant really complain.
Location is excellent for the airport. Took us 9 minutes to get to the airport and by 15 mins our car was parked and we were inside the terminal. Highly recommend to book for easy commute to the Airport.
Cold room
Nice room, great to be able to check in late.
Room was on the small side
Building is amazing
Great place ,staff very friendly & helpful , very clean
Location was nice
Beds are so uncomfortable hurts your back and the fact I have received 3 letters saying I was getting fined for parking there while staying
It was a quick last minute booking and not far from home
Unfortunately no breakfast and got woken up early because of workmen in rooms above us
very comfortable & clean room
A total nightmare to find the hotel in the dark.
I had to phone the very helpful receptionist to get the correct post code, (as I was told they had two post codes)????
Big car park for my jeep and trailer
Bit difficult to find reception but it is a huge hotel .
Needs a great deal of attention s
Very run down owners need to invest
I loved the property had everything we needed for our stay we had a good comfortable stay for the 2 nights we were there. The chat and the laugh we had with the wee old man when booking in was really nice and the breakfast was really good
There was nothing we didn’t like and that’s the reason I have booked again
room was nicely set up good size and bedding nice and clean, however i found that the carpet under the bed was dusty. i had mild hay fever from it which my medication helped with.
not properly cleaned carpet, which was not too bad to be fair. To me it looked like the room was not used for a while.
Workers, they are very kind and happy people 🙂
They didn’t have breakfast service just coffee or tea. Some fruits and few croissants.
Beautiful countryside location, the interior is very Scottish with older furniture. The bed could do with being a bit more comfortable, the mattress is on the harder side. Supply you with tea/coffee facility in room for free. Beautiful grounds, horses in the field next to the hotel. The doors in the staircases bang quite loud, maybe hinges should be changed to make it less noisy for guests sleeping in rooms adjacent to the staircase. Helpful and friendly staff. Need to be a driver as hotel quite rural and tucked away in a country road.
Doors a bit loud with slamming etc, mattress could be a bit comfier.
Everything was extremely bad!
Extremely bad WiFi, very dirty and small rooms definitely not worth the money. It is way too expensive for what it is. We are a family of 4, two adults and two children and they separated us so we were not able to be together! The bath was very slippery and dirty. No room service, no food, and no fridge! Do not recommend even if you are urgent!
Nothing
The bad sleep and not comfortable and room wasn’t clean
