Over priced
Pros:

Close to the event we were attending

Cons:

Everything

We arrived late at night and was told to walk about 10 mins up the street to get out “room” there is no lifts and we were on top floor. The other guests who stayed in the room next to us lay with the door opened and on the floor. One night they were laying with no clothes on with the door opened. VERY DODGY

Comfortable hotel in great location
Pros:

This hotel is greatly located and has comfortable, clean facilities. Breakfast is ok, covering the basics. The staff in reception are friendly and polite.

Cons:

The system for ordering food in the breakfast is confusing, and even though we always marked the same in the paper sheet, the staff members would interpret different things each time. This led to waste in food or having to over explain something that should be more straightforward. Other than that, it is nice and plenty.

Sehr nettes und preiswertes Hotel in guter Lage für London-Besuch
Pros:

Gute Lage des Hotels in einem ruhigen Wohnviertel. Das Hotel ist von den U-Bahn-Stationen 'Bayswater' in 10, von 'Queensway' in 15 Minuten leicht zu Fuß erreichbar. Ausreichend Einkaufsmöglichleiten gibt es am Queensway und an der Westbourne Grove. Sehr schöne und gemütliche Pubs ('Kings Head', 'Bayswater Arms' und 'The Churchill Arms') sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Zimmer sind nicht besonders groß und etwas spartanisch eingerichtet, für den Preis und die Lage aber angemessen. Das im Preis enthaltene Frühstück ist etwas karg (4 Sachen aus einer kleinen Liste), ein 'Upgrade' kann aber dazu gekauft werden. Es gibt aber einen gemütlich eingerichteten Aufenthaltsraum mit einem Kaffee-Automaten (kostenlos). Die Zimmerreinigung erfolgt täglich (ausser Sonntags), die Hand- und Badetücher werden alle 3 Tage gewechselt.

Cons:

Im sehr kleinen Bad mit Dusche fehlen ein paar Haken zum Aufhängen der Hand- und Badetücher. Das wäre sehr leicht nachzurüsten.

Relación Costo-Beneficio considerando que es Londres.
Pros:

Lo que más me ha gustado ha sido el trato del personal, siempre dispuestos con una sonrisa, en general muy buen servicio. Debo reconocer que es un buen hotel para costo-beneficio conseiderando que es Londres. Estuve en una habitación 4ta planta por escaleras sin aire acondicionado, pero bueno, uno sabe lo que paga.

Perfect location of hotel
Pros:

Really close to underground and city center, cleanliness of hotel, free breakfast and coffee at the lounge

Cons:

No lift especially on 4th floor, we only had small bags so wasn't such a big issue for us

Comodidad y buena ubicación
Pros:

Muy buena ubicación en un barrio tranquilo. Las camas son cómodas. El personal muy amable y atento. El desayuno es estupendo, muy completo, aunque el desayuno británico no está incluido, con todo lo que ofrece está genial.

Cons:

Los suelos de los pasillos y escaleras eran un poco irregulares.
