DIPENDE DALLA STANZA!
Pros:

eravamo in un sottotetto mansardato che puzzava di muffa, al 4° piano di scale (Senza ascensore). La doccia ha funzionato 1 volta su tre giorni che siamo state lì.
stanza 48 da evitare anche se ve la vendono per 1 € a notte.
la n.37 che abbiamo utilizzato SOLO per fare la doccia (non capisco perché non ci abbiano sostituito subito la stanza) era una suite in confronto.
brutta esperienza per la stanza 48, ma se ad esempio vi danno la 37, molto bella!

Cons:

lo staff devo dire che è stato sempre a disposizione a qualsiasi ora e ci hanno rimborsato a fine viaggio una piccola parte della spesa dato il disguido della doccia non funzionante

La estancia ha sido de lo más correcto era lo que esperabamos.

El desayuno cumplió todo lo que esperaba

Cons:

No nos gustó las chicas que servían el desayuno los dos primeros días no nos facilitaron en nada la información sobre lo que nos entraba fueron super antipáticas.
Los dos días siguientes siguientes fueron muy bien gracias a Fran (Francisca)la atención recibida fue de 10 y además no sólo fue amable con nosotros si no que también lo fue con todos los demás clientes chapo por Fran.

Alles in allem völlig in Ordnung
Pros:

Für einen kurzen Städtetrip absolut in Ordnung

Cons:

Es ist doch weiter von der City entfernt, als ich dachte. Wenn die Tube nicht gerade streikt, ist trotzdem alles gut erreichbar

Pros:

The location was excellent, very near to tube stations. There was no noise from outside the hotel, but one or two guests were not as quiet as they could have been.

Cons:

I was advised that the water in the room was not safe to drink so I had to get a disposable cup from the lounge and Phil from the water Fountain near the reception desk to take up to my room. There was no lift.

Dobry wybór w stosunku do ceny
Pros:

Miałam pokój w suterynie ale z oknem, spokojny, przy jadalni. W pokoju wszystko było co potrzebne - lustra, wieszaki, dużo gniazdek elektrycznych. Łóżko wygodne, temperatura idealna. Darmowe napoje kawa, herbata, czekolada w pokoju odpoczynku to duży plus. Dobra komunikacja- blisko przystanek autobusowy i trochę dalej metro. Za tę cenę bardzo korzystny wybór. Polecam zwiedzającym Londyn.

Cons:

Śniadania słabe i metoda wyboru z ograniczonego menu też do poprawienia. Żadnych warzyw i owoców. Obsługa powolna. Moje szczęście, że miałam pokój obok i mogłam przyjść w chwili gdy było mało klientów.

La ubicación, en pleno nothing hill, pero muy tranquila. El hotel estaba estupendo, el personal muy amable y el servicio calidad precio, genial!

Pros:

Estaba limpio y el desayuno estuvo bastante bien. La cama era cómoda.

Cons:

Había muchísimas escaleras y no hay ascensor. El hotel está dividido en dos edificios, con dos calles de distancia. Si necesitas algo de recepción, bajar cuatro plantas con escaleras difíciles dificultaba mucho. Mi secador de pelo tampoco funcionaba.
