Informację o tym, że śniadanie będzie kontynrntalne, dostaliśmy dopiero po potwierdzeniu i opłaceniu rezerwacji. Moim zdaniem taka informacja powinna pojawić się wcześniej, zwłaszcza że śniadanie było jedną z istotniejszych dla mnie kwestii przy wyborze hotelu

Good cheap hotel, good location; don’t have the breakfast.
Pros:

Clean and warm; I was in a single room, perfectly adequate for me; clean, fresh bathroom and shower. Hotel location about 10 minute walk from Bayswater underground - quick into London central.

Cons:

The free continental breakfast was very average! I only had it first morning and ate out the other two.
I ordered fruit juice, cornflakes with milk, toast and jam and black coffee and they all arrived at the same time, meaning the toast was cold by the time I got to it and the coffee was chilling too!

Pros:

Ευγενικό προσωπικό, πρόθυμο να εξυπηρετήσει.
Ήσυχη γειτονιά, επαρκές το πρωινό.

Cons:

Η παπλωματοθήκη ήταν λερωμένη, ύστερα όμως από επικοινωνία με τη ρεσεψιόν δέχθηκαν να την αντακαταστήσουν μαζί με το σεντόνι ωστόσο έπρεπε εμείς να πάμε να τα παραλάβουμε καθώς το δωμάτιό μας δε βρισκόταν στο κτήριο της ρεσεψιόν αλλά σε άλλο οίκημα περί τα 100m απόσταση.
Επίσης το δωμάτιο θα μπορούσε να ήταν λίγο πιο ζεστό.
