Very nice hotel
Pros:

The hotel is located right in the city centre. The room was spacious, very clean, and smelled fresh. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was also very good. I will definitely return to this hotel on my next visit.

Cons:

We visited during a heatwave, so it would have been nice to have complimentary bottled water in the room.

Cons:

Very difficult to sleep during the heatwave and been on the top floor probably didn't help
Maybe consider getting portable air con units should these heatwaves become more common

Clean central good value. Good clear signage menu door notice etc

Cons:

No lift. Room cleaner knocked on door but still opened it when I shouted that we were in bed at about 9 am

Right in the middle of town and we have rellies in Spalding and the location was fab. There is even a water taxi.
Pros:

Great location and we were amazed with our bedroom

Early check out, which admittedly I didn’t look at when I booked. Didn’t think anyone done 10am these days. Only one towel for two people. Given a smaller room but sold it with air conditioning, whoever we didn’t have the remote for it, and I wasn’t calling someone at 2am for a replacement.
