What a find, love the history, amazing walks.
Hotel room is a good size overlooking the Clyde Falls, staff were very professional and helpful, food was excellent, great quality. Great stay! Will definitely return.

We had an overnight stay for a party night. Reception staff were very efficient and accommodating. We had a lovely evening, with the staff service for meals/drinks being good.
We were given a disabled room for our stay. It was a bit unexpected. After the initial shock, we accepted it as it gave us more room, with not much of a difference, apart from the bathroom/ shower room.
Breakfast was fine, pleasant staff serving, but service was a bit on the slow side

Delightful as ever. Great location and hotel. Too pricey at the moment - not 5* but 5* prices in the holidays. Great facilities and staff welcoming. Disappointed at the fire alarm going off at 6am two mornings in a row -a ride awakening. At the hefty price there should definitely have been a recompense or complimentary response. There was nothing. Breakfast was great the first day, reasonable the next two. Portions have reduced and quality of mushrooms and spinach was disappointing.
