Spacious, clean, friendly staff and good value
Great location and great value - we were on second level and in hindsight would ah w requested ground floor as I was with elderly parent. Would definitely recommend
Room was very dated with old random second hand furniture and the wooden blinds were broken and didn't shut. Room balcony looked straight at a big white wall that was really depressing.

Very pleasant staff, very nice room, close to beach and eateries. Bus right outside door.
The only complaint we had was that the large couple directly above us had very heavy footsteps which was very annoying.

Onetangi Bay was a spectacular end to our trip; the beach is stunning with several nice restaurants along the waterfront. We had a third floor apartment with a balcony overlooking the Bay and it was really fantastic. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Overall a 5 star experience.
A very nice play to spend a leisurely week, Right by the beach and right by a very good bus route. The apartment would benefit from aircon and the shower was very hot. At a comfortable temperature the flow was very poor.
The shower area is a little unsafe.. step up into the shower a little tried all round.
We booked a courtyard studio last minute for a spur of the moment trip to Waiheke. So we weren’t expecting much. We were very pleasantly surprised. The room was modern, clean and stocked with all the basics. The property is right at the bus stop, 1/2 block from the beach, next door to the coffee shop and around the corner from the restaurants. Couldn’t have asked for more.
The apartment is close to thd beach but wax tired and the floors although they looked clean were dirty.

We were pretty surprised by the room we ended up in versus the beautiful photos online and the high reviews. We were in an old section of this property that seemed like a run down, dated apartment block. The walkway looked out to the sewage effluent piping. There were major stains in the carpeting and some things in disrepair.
The location is great but it fell far short of what we expected from the online photos and reviews.
We liked to be closed to the beach, clean accommodations, friendly staff, only the bathroom was a bit too small
