Pros:

La localisation est le seul point fort de cet établissement.

Cons:

Tout le reste. Aucune isolation phonique, on entend absolument toutes les personnes dehors comme si on était avec eux. Surtout qu’il y a 3 bars au pied de l’hôtel donc il y a du bruit jusqu’à 6 heures du matin.
Aucun personnel dans l’établissement vu en 3 jours.
Un matelas affreux. À tel point que j’ai dormi à même la moquette où j’étais plus à l’aise.
Une salle de bain sombre et pas aéré.

Emplacement vraiment top et personnel très sympathique

Cons:

Pas de douche chaude à 23h, il a fallu demander à la réception pour que cela fonctionne, puis de nouveau, même probleme d'eau chaude 15- 20 min plus tard - étrange, et plutôt désagréable, d'autant plus à cette période de l'année où une bonne douche bien chaude vient réconforter après une soirée passée à -2°C. Pas de lit double.

Pros:

Muy céntrico, llegas a cualquier sitio de interés de Grand Place en pocos minutos andando.
Reservamos dos habitaciones contiguas, las dos estaban confortables, una de ellas hacía más calor que la otra, pero en ambas la estancia fue correcta.

Cons:

Al llegar al Hotel, sobre las 13,30 no había nadie en el Hotel, ni nos cogieron el teléfono. Queríamos dejar las maletas antes de ir a comer y no lo pudimos hacer. Un contacto del hotel nos devolvió la llamada mientras estábamos comiendo para indicarnos que podíamos ir al hotel en cualquier momento. Lo hicimos tras la comida y todo muy correcto, pero nos sorprendió que no hubiera nadie atendiendo el hotel al llegar.
