Pros:

Нам очень нравится этот спа. Хотя живём в 300 км от Narva-Jõesuu,, но частенько приезжаем сюда. Очень всё нравится. И бассейны и бани, приятный персонал, удобные кровати, отличный завтрак, рядом море. В этот раз были очень приятно удивлены "комплиментом" от спа. У мужа был день рождения, нам в номер принесли шампанское и фрукты. Благодарим вас.

Pros:

Персонал свободно общается на эстонском и русском языках, номер на 10 этаже с великолепном обзором, очень панорамно. В номере на троих всё уже предусмотренно и халаты и полотенца и чашки для кофе, что всегда приходится дополнительно просить в именитых отельных домах!
Завтрак насыщенный разнообразный, варёные яйца и 4 и 10 минут проварки - это редкость!

Cons:

На завтраке не очень удобно подходить к стойкам расложенной еды - по центру вдвоём разминутся тесновато.
Сливочное масло закончилось до окончания завтрака, хлеб пришлось не есть.

Мне очень понравилось пребывание в этом отеле. С самого начала чувствуется высокий уровень сервиса — персонал внимательный, дружелюбный и всегда готов помочь.

Номер был комфортный, чистый и очень уютный. Отдельно хочется отметить прекрасный вид из окна — он действительно создавал особую атмосферу и делал отдых ещё приятнее.

Спа-зона тоже оставила отличные впечатления: всё чисто, спокойно и располагает к полноценному расслаблению.

Также очень порадовало расположение отеля — удобное и красивое место, откуда легко добраться до основных достопримечательностей.

В целом отдых получился замечательный, с удовольствием вернусь сюда снова и рекомендую этот отель другим.
