Booked the hotel and got the annex
Pros:

Not what I thought it would be. The hotel looked nice enough however I didn’t get to see any of it as we were in the annex at the back.
This is shabby and unloved. Rusty radiators, cheap furniture, no fridge etc.
Only positive was that it was clean.
Wouldn’t stay again.

Great, peaceful location away from the city noise, and a spacious, characterful room with a lovely skylight area.

Cons:

The mattress was old and you could feel the springs, so we didn't sleep well. New mattresses would make this a genuinely excellent stay.

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay. The hospitality and warm welcome were exceptional. Both staff members—the lady and the gentleman—were incredibly friendly, kind, and very helpful throughout our stay. They made us feel truly welcome.

The hotel itself was lovely, and the bed was extremely comfortable, which made for a great night’s sleep. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable. We would be happy to stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.

Cons:

The only minor drawbacks were that there is no elevator, and the room was a little small. However, these were only minor issues and did not affect our stay.

Cons:

Hotelli ei ollut neljän tähden arvoinen, palveluita ei ollut. Aamiaistarjoilu oli heikko eikä keittiötä ollut. Aamiainen valmistettiin erikoisessa takahuoneessa, joka ei ollut keittiö. Aamiainen oli surkea ja se piti tilata päivää ennen paperilomakkeella. Hotellin yleistiloissa oleva WC oli hirveä. Matkatavaroille ei ollut säilytystiloja, kuten luvattiin. TV ei toiminut ja huoneesta puuttui turvalokero ja baarikaappi. Taksi hotellille piti soittaa itse. Rakennus ja sisustus olivat hienot. Muutoin hotelli vastasi kahta tähteä. Nuori mies respassa oli ystävällinen ja kohtelias. Nuori nainen respassa ei osannut palvella.

Frustrating
Pros:

Nice place, easy to find, easy parking, easy bus into town. No fuss sort of place.

Cons:

I had to cut short my stay due to speedy illness onset and I gave the hotel plenty of notice, I'd have expected a 'credit' note or something for the two nights cancellation (given I've stayed there before) but no one was interested in my predicament.

Ideaal hotel, ruime parking, makkelijk aan te rijden vanaf de rondweg en bushalte voor de bus naar het centrum voor de deur. Uitstekende kamer, prima ontbijt, vriendelijk personeel.

Excellent location and quality of stay for a family!
Pros:

The location was very nice, near a mall and easy bus routes to downtown. The room we had was very nice, clean, quiet, and comfortable, including using the couch as a fold-out bed. The room also came with free coffee, water, and some snacks. Overall very delightful!

Cons:

The breakfast was OK - we tried it one day, and a reasonable value for what was available. However, I wish there was a smaller option, for example, just cereal or pastries, as apposed to a full breakfast option only. Also, and this is very minor, it would have been nice to have a small refrigerator in the room to store a little food for the 5 days we were there.
