Pros:

Great value for the money, the room was spacious, clean and beautiful. The bed was very comfortable and I slept really well. Free parking was great, you can walk to the main attractions in 30-40min or catch a bus which is just outside the hotel and comes every 3-5min

Pros:

Sabahki resepsiyon ilgili ve iyiydi, oda temizdi sessizdi. Genel olarak sessiz ve temiz bir yer konum olarak da merkeze çok yakın, hemen karşısında otobüs duraklarından 7-8 dk içinde çok rahat ulaşım sağlanıyor merkeze.

Cons:

Gece 11'de checkin yapacağımı belirtmiştim, onlarda kilitli kutuya anahtarımı bırakacaklarını söylemişlerdi ama içerden dış kapıyı kitledikleri için biraz dışarda bekledim resepsiyona ulaşmam uzun sürdü. Ama benim asıl seyahatimi kötüleştiren booking'ti. Bu yaşadığım olayı oteli uyarmaları için booking müşteri hizmetlerine yazdığımda booking rezervasyonumu iptal etti (otelin iptal ettiğini söyledi booking, ama otel asla böyle bir şey yapmadığını belirtti bana) yeni otel bulmam gerektiğini ve sadece bu otele ödediğimin 1/3'ü kadar bir meblağı karşılayacaklarını belirttiler maille. Booking gibi kurumsal firmadan böyle bir şey beklemezdim. Tüm seyahatim rezil oldu, zaten ödediğim otele tekrar ödeme yaptırdılar bana iade edeceklerini belirtip (rezervasyonumu kendi kafalarına göre iptal ettikleri için otelden de ödemeyi geri çekmişler) şimdi de hala faturayı göndermeniz halinde 1/3'ünü yatırcaz tarzında mail atıyorlar. 3 gündür bu olayı çözmeye çalışıyorum, gerçekten booking benim için bitmiştir. Bu konu hakkında da iadem tam yatmadığı sürece yasal işlemleri başlatacağım.

Pros:

Good rooms. 4 poster bed. Good value for money. Plentiful parking. Great location.
The hotel is a little dated which is also kind of its charm. Got it very cheap last minute. Huge room for the price for a small family. Tiny bathrooms but they were fine.

Cons:

Heating’s alright but wouldn’t risk
It on a really cold night. Could do with more sockets for chargers.

Lovely hotel would recommend
Pros:

There wasn't much to dislike at this price, the decor was a little dated in places but that didn't bother me at all.

Decepcionante con la limpieza y gestión
Pros:

Aparcamiento gratuito.
Personal de recepción extremadamente agradable (mis felicitaciones).
Habitación muy amplia y con una decoración encantadora.
Facilidad de llegar al centro en transporte público (en 2 minutos existe una parada de autobús).
Detalle de bienvenida con agua, leche, café y galletas.
Cama amplia y comodísima.

Cons:

Desafortunadamente tuve una experiencia muy desagradable.

En la habitación habían restos de basura de huéspedes anteriores, esto hizo dudar de la limpieza del resto de las instalaciones (en especial interés el baño).

Es inadmisible que un huésped tenga que pagar por un hotel de 4 estrellas y se comentan errores humanos de grave importancia.

Comuniqué este hecho a la dirección del hotel y simplemente se han disculpado, lo cual, para mí no ha sido suficiente.

Me he llevado una frustración muy grande.

El suelo de la habitación tiembla cuando caminas.

Ducha con poca presión.

Escaleras no accesibles para personas con diversidad funcional (no hay ascensor).
