Preciso hotel no apto para personas con movilidad reducida

El desayuno . La limpieza . El baño . La cama grande

Cons:

Reservé una habitación en PB contactado al hotel y pidiéndoles especialmente no subir escaleras porque llevaba mucho equipaje y me dieron una habitación en el subsuelo !!! Parecía una cargada ! La idea era evitar las escaleras , si la habitación está abajo hay que bajar y SUBIR ! Es engañoso que ofrezcan un hotel que tiene habitaciones en PB / accesibles con ascensor y no lo sea !

Warm and clean, but disappointingly small and dark
Pros:

Friendly reception staff, lovely, quiet, residential area with good public transport links to the city centre till the night hours. The room was very clean and room service provided every day. The room was warm, with well working heating system. The shower had a great water pressure. The main building was very beautiful and historical, including the bar area.

Cons:

The room we got assigned was tiny, with the view of the back of the building where all we could see were two narrow passages in between the buildings - it felt claustrophobic. The room was dark, there was almost no day light coming through the windows and we had to keep the lights switched on all the time. Even the curtains were impossible to open. It was very difficult for two people to move around at the same time. We felt disappointed, because we felt that for a high price of £480/3 nights we were assigned a utility space, rather than a hotel room.
