GROUPS ARE NOT ALLOWED FOR BACHELORETTE OR BACHELOR PARTIES
Noise-free hours: Clients must minimize noise from 22:00 to 08:00

Please note WiFi is available for EUR 1 per stay, for up to 5 devices.

When booking 3 or more rooms, special group conditions can apply. 50% of the payment will be taken when booking, 25% of the payment 15 days before and 25% of the payment 2 days before.
The applicable cancellation policy will be 15 days before arrival.

SCHEDULES:
Check-out: before 12pm. If check-out time (12:00pm) is not respected, the hotel may charge a €40 late check-out fee.

NO SMOKING:
Smoking any kind of tobacco, electronic cigarettes, vapes, or the use of any drugs is strictly
forbidden in rooms, hallways, elevators, and enclosed common areas.
If detected, the guest will be immediately expelled and the appropriate authorities will be
notified.
A €200 penalty will be charged for cleaning and sanitization.
Outdoor designated smoking areas are available.

NO PETS ALLOWED: Only certified assistance dogs are allowed.

NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINKS: Outside food or drinks are not allowed in shared hotel areas.

QUIET HOURS: Please avoid noise, music and disturbances from 10pm to 8am.

UNAUTHORIZED PARTIES: Parties or gatherings are NOT allowed without prior approval.

REGISTERED GUESTS ONLY: Access is restricted to registered guests. Visitors require prior approval.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

We had a very pleasant experience and plan to return.
Pros:

The staff and the breakfast offer.
For 8 euros per person, breakfast was very good value as there was plenty to choose from and of good quality.
The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Only 2 nights but a very pleasant stay.
Pros:

Smallish family run hotel, spotlessly clean, our room, number 104 was huge and obviously recently refurbished with a massive bathroom and a magnificent waterfall shower!

Cons:

All was good, we have no complaints at all. Breakfast was a self service continental buffet with lots of choice.

El método de hacer el engorroso check-in, a través de una pantalla en la puerta del hotel y sin personal en el lugar. Si obligan a escanear el DNI de cada usuario, ¿para qué volver a pedir que el cliente teclee de nuevo TODOS los datos personales, dirección , etc....
Si ya está escaneado, que los datos los ingrese después el personal más tarde. Hace lentísimo y costoso que sea el propio cliente quien trabaje para el hotel. No obstante, se agradece la ayuda del personal en remoto hablando por teléfono.
