GROUPS ARE NOT ALLOWED FOR BACHELORETTE OR BACHELOR PARTIES
Noise-free hours: Clients must minimize noise from 22:00 to 08:00

Please note WiFi is available for EUR 1 per stay, for up to 5 devices.

When booking 3 or more rooms, special group conditions can apply. 50% of the payment will be taken when booking, 25% of the payment 15 days before and 25% of the payment 2 days before.
The applicable cancellation policy will be 15 days before arrival.

SCHEDULES:
Check-out: before 12pm. If check-out time (12:00pm) is not respected, the hotel may charge a €40 late check-out fee.

NO SMOKING:
Smoking any kind of tobacco, electronic cigarettes, vapes, or the use of any drugs is strictly
forbidden in rooms, hallways, elevators, and enclosed common areas.
If detected, the guest will be immediately expelled and the appropriate authorities will be
notified.
A €200 penalty will be charged for cleaning and sanitization.
Outdoor designated smoking areas are available.

NO PETS ALLOWED: Only certified assistance dogs are allowed.

NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINKS: Outside food or drinks are not allowed in shared hotel areas.

QUIET HOURS: Please avoid noise, music and disturbances from 10pm to 8am.

UNAUTHORIZED PARTIES: Parties or gatherings are NOT allowed without prior approval.

REGISTERED GUESTS ONLY: Access is restricted to registered guests. Visitors require prior approval.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Muy buena semana en la comunidad de murcia como siempre.no falla.
Pros:

Muy buen hotel calidad precio.Facil para aparcar el coche en las inmediaciones.Zona tranquila pero se llega rápido a las playas zonas de ocio y supermercados.Tambien se accede rápido a la autovía para ir a cualquier pueblo o playas de murcia.

Pros:

Se notan mucho las reformas. La habitación no era enorme pero tenía todo lo indispensable, estaba muy limpia, reformada y agradable. Además el detalle de la cafetera y la nevera son ideales para disfrutar de estar en la habitación. El armaría muy útil con las baldas.

Cons:

Tal vez el hincapié en las normas. Me hacía sentir que podía hacer cualquier cosa mal en cualquier momento.

The showers were modern, the cleaners done the room every morning tidy

Cons:

Could smell marijuana in the air conditioning, and for the 2 nights the WiFi wouldn’t connect so we was in a room with no signal so it was very stressful

Hôtel très bien situé, à proximité de tout (plage, centre ville), tout peut se faire facilement à pied

Petit déjeuner continental sous forme de buffet copieux et très bon.

Les gérants de l'hôtel sont très gentils.

Not happy
Pros:

Nothing,from the outside having graffiti and smelling of urine to the tatty smoke smelling reception.
Unhelpful bored desk assistant.
Tatty small lift,narrow dark corridors.
Actual room drab and tatty,window looking out on road graffitied wall.Didnt even check out the bathroom horrors.
No swimming pool or balcony or restaurant.
No beach access.
Utterly dreadful.
Left immediately and booked in the Costa Narejos down the road.
That was a lovely hotel with welcoming polite staff and everything was perfect.
