Great place
Pros:

Comfortable accommodation in a building with history and character. Very nice room and the small kitchenette was a pleasant surprise. The location is great; Randwick is an interesting area of Sydney with good restaurants and an easy walk to Coogie Beach and on to Bondi if you want. There’s trams and buses nearby to get you to central Sydney and the Opera House. Friendly owners and very happy to be able to get into our room at 9:30am after a long flight!

Pros:

Bed was comfortable, room spacious, quiet, shower was great. There was a microwave and small fridge if needed. There's no breakfast but there are plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby.

Cons:

For the price we paid, and as we were just staying one night, I can't think of anything.

Excellent location, v clean and good value
Pros:

The location was very good for us. It is a max 10 min walk from the tram line into central Sydney’s circular quay. There are buses to Coogee (5/10 min ride) and shops, restaurants near by

Calm and peaceful.
Pros:

Staff were particularly helpful and always willing to assist us as our plans were disrupted. They held our room while we attempted to reorganize our plans. No request was a problem for them.
