We had a nice stay.
Pros:

The staff were great, beds were comfy and it’s in a great location for Coogee beach, Park, Randwick shops and easy transport options.

Cons:

The room was small and very dated. Toilet was not secured to the floor.

A very pleasant stay. Friendly, helpful and considerate staff, who went out of their way to assist.
Pros:

The location was very good for me. It was a quiet venue, my room was on the top floor. The room was very spacious and the bed very comfortable. The hot water system made a little bit of a noise, so I hope that didn't disturb other guests. The room and bathroom were clean.

Location is ideal for our needs. Close to supermarket and other shops if needed. Room comfortable with clean linen and daily cleaning if required. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Great boutique hotel on a quiet pretty park
Pros:

Beautiful small boutique hotel on a quiet park. Close to the beaches and great value compared to similar properties on the beach. Manager was super kind and great communicating with us prior to arrival.

Pros:

Location close to the end of L2 (Light Rail) which went directly in the Sydney City centre. An easy bus trip to Coogee, and close to restaurants.

Cons:

Taxi on or departure morning did not turn up after asking if he had booked it the night before.
