Great location, nice stay.
Pros:

Lovely location. Walk to Randwick high street and opposite park. Room was also in quiet location and easy after hours access

Cons:

No air con and the fan was very noisy so made it difficult to sleep. I turned it down to 2 which was a little better but it rattled.

It was in a part of town I hadn’t been to. Restaurants around were very good. I enjoyed the historic building. The shower was nice.

Cons:

My room was hot the whole time. The were noises i couldn’t figure out how to stop, windows rattling etc.

Great location for visiting Prince of Wales Hospital - 20 minute walk.
Pros:

George was wonderful. We were able to leave our bags early and they were in our room later when we completed check in. Great location - lovely old building opposite a park. Not far to walk for decent coffee and other shops. Didn’t realise when booking that there was no air conditioner in the room so the ceiling fan worked overtime! Would have loved air conditioning in February but we managed. Would stay again, but maybe in winter.

Outdated furniture in room more suited to rural QLD motel 20 years ago. Coffee is international roast style funny thing is some of the coffee saches were actually empty
