Beautiful heritage building
Stairs to reach room but not too bad only 1 floor and understand it’s a heritage building
The area around the hotel is lovely. Being its opposite the park its very leafy and not too busy with people. A short walk to cafes and a shopping centre.
The hotel is boutique in its look. Easy and super quick check in/out. Very clean with that old school feel. The room was clean and spacious. Extremely comfy bed. Small kitchen/microwave area allowed me to bring some drinks and food. Bathroom was clean. Old in style but very satisfactory.

Hotel is a lovely well preserved old building in a quiet location opposite a park. Street parking was easy, staff were helpful and the bed and pillows were comfortable.

Good location, relatively cheap
No sign of anyone to check us in when we arrived well within the designated check in time. Waited 20mins, decided to leave and come back again half an hour later. Still no one there the second time. Waited around again for 15 mins before someone finally arrive. They looked like they just woke up. No air con in our room, only a ceiling fan. TV didn't work.
Large rooms with widows which could be opened. Good location between city and beach.
Reception were always very helpful and friendly. The location was quiet and near a park but convenient for shops and restaurants and very good transport links. Coogee Beach was not far.
My mobility is not great so the stairs were a challenge but ground floor apartments are an option when available.
