Great location on an attractive little street, with views of the Alhambra. We got a room upgrade, so were very happy with that. Room was interesting and a good sized with a nice little balcony. Would have been nice to have coffee facilities in the room. Staff were helpful and friendly.

We just came to see Alhambra but wished we could stay longer

Building is lovely, old & full of character but is on first floor & above with no lift to it so luggage has to be carried up a high flight of stairs. The room was way too small for a double bed & you can’t swing a cat in the bathroom either but bed & pillows were very comfortable. Air con apparently operates in summer but opening window didn’t cool room down.

As a solo traveller, this hotel has provided me with ever comfort, security and convenience. Not to mention the most gorgeous Juliet balcon any girl could have wished for!

This is the basest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. From check in to stay, I was well looked after, clean, quiet and safe!and The BEST view of Alhambra! Highly recommend this hotel! Two thumbs UP! The Receptionists were ALL wonderful and helpful!what a memorable time I had. Thank you!

Of all the hotels I have stayed , this is the BEST one! Service, location and the beautiful view of Alhambra just takes my breath away.

2泊しましたが、スタッフの方はどの方も感じが良く、こじんまりながらも清潔でとても快適に過ごせました。部屋からアルハンブラ宮殿も見えたり、とても満足です。サン・ニコラス展望台へのバスもすぐです。

Good stay, good value

Disappointed with this hotel and the room I was allocated. I specifically booked a view of the Alhambra but was given a room on the back of the hotel with no view. When I complained, the receptionist didn't seem to care and there was no offer of compensation. Expedia were far more helpful when I contacted them about the issue.
The room I had was very small and noisy at night and the bathroom was absolutely tiny with no space to move at all.

Polly and I stayed for 2 nights at the end of October. We stayed in room 101 right above the front door to the hotel. Our room was both cold and very noisy! Taxis and buses constantly run by right outside the window. No means of heating and so when we got wet in the rain we stayed wet!
WiFi was almost non existent and our usually reliable EE provider also had very poor coverage in the hotel. Very frustrating!
Despite being in a good location and good value for money we wouldn’t stay again.

Dopo aver prenotato per 3 persone una doppia con letto aggiuntivo a 54€ la mail di conferma mi intimava che erano da aggiungersi 40€ per il letto aggiuntivo. La stessa mail riportava che era possibile acquistare un voucher per il parcheggio scontato a 23€ ma poi il vero prezzo si è rivelato 28€. Fate attenzione prima di prenotare...

it was perfect to sleep and shower!

Very good staff .

This a charming hotel in a gorgeous old building on the edge of the Albarracin District with views of the Alhambra. However, period charm does come at the ecpense of modern conveniences - the room and especially the bathroom was very small - there was no sink plug and the shower cubicle was rather rudimentary. The Wi-Fi did not work in the top floor rooms and there was no lift available to the first floor lobby. Enjoyed staying here but not sure i would do so again
