Hospedaje en una buena zona de la ciudad, tranquilo y con acceso a transporte público en la puerta.
Totalmente recomendable para visitar la ciudad.

Very comfy mattresses, clean room, staff brought extra pillows as soon as asked, they were helpful in recommendations for places to eat. Lovely hotrl, would highly recommend

The reception was very helpful and welcoming
Room was clean and basic. It's a good value for money.
The center is easily accessible.
A short distance from the hotel are several shops, cafes and fast food - Domino's pizza, kebab,...

Staff were not that friendly, no smiles and they pay not too much attention to customers. Housekeeping greet you nicely and smile but not the front desk and kitchen staff.

Wroclaw 호텔이 중에 가성비가 좋습니다. 방에 책상이 있어서 출장와서 업무하기도 좋고, 주변에 맛집도 많습니다.
다만, 호텔에 단체 손님이 자주 오는데, 이럴때는 wi-fi 가 잘 안되거나 시끄럽기도 합니다.

We arrived late and left early so can't really comment too much.

Wyposazenie pokoju bardziej niż skromne. W pokoju ciemno - słabe oswietlenie, nie można pracować.
Bardzo wygodne łóżko. Dobra lokalizacja

W pokoju nie bylo lodowki oraz klimatyzacji co bylo niezgodne z opisem. Ogólnie hotel ładny, czysty. Jedzienie dobre.

Wszystko odbyło się bez problemów. Pokoje czyste i przestronne. Śniadanie podawane do pokoju wiec trudno ocenić, ale wszystko świeże.

Hotel dobre dostupny autem, velke vlastni parkoviste. Zastavka MHD v tesne blizkosti, zastavka s automatem na nakup jizdenek. Pokoj i spolecne prostory ciste, personal prijemny. Na pokoji balena voda, moznost uvarit si kavu, caj. Pokoj dostatecne zarizeny, pohodlne postele. Bufetova snidane s velkym vyberem. Jedine negativum je brzka zaviraci hodina hoteloveho baru - v 22.00, kdyz se vratite po desate vecer z mesta a chcete si dat jeste neco k piti, mate smulu, ani recepcni vam uz nic neproda.

There is no fridge, No air conditionel the room and they did’t provide water except first day. But the surroundings are quiet and peacefule.

Its a 2 star hotel in my eyes. Unfriendly desk , bad breakfast and a old and bad smelling bedroom. In June 2019 my girlfriend booked this hotel for me for 2 nights. The bedroom is old fashioned and you feel depressed sleeping in such a room. The breakfast is terrible, they have not a lot of choices and the quality was bad. I had a problem with a bad smell in my bedroom. I asked them to change my room, they where unfriendly and did not even listen to my complain, so I left the hotel and went to a better one in the city center.

Hotel was nice for a business trip, but staff spoke very little English and so we're not that helpful or friendly, but it was very clean and that's all I wanted at the time

밤새 취객이 설치길래 조치를 취해주길 부탁하러 갔으나 하소연을 들어주고 왔음

There were a couple of friendly staff ie, housekeeping lovely lady and one of the night staff reception girls. Very little greetings, daily issues with my door, broken sink plug so could not fill sink. Bedside lamp did not work. Limited restaurant evening meal menu, breakfast excellent and great value. Disappointing evening meal 2 nights but 1st was very good so inconsistent.
