Stylowy i komfortowy hotel w centrum Lublina
Pros:

Hotel w samym centrum Lublina, wyjątkowo stylowy, cichy i elegancki. Bardzo wygodny parking. Pokój przestronny i dobrze oświetlony. Wygodne łóżko. Dobrze zaopatrzony i przyjemny lobby bar. Uprzejmy i pomocny personel. Różnorodne, smaczne śniadania, z duża ilością owoców i warzyw. Cena za dobę przystępna (jak na standard hotelu)

Cons:

Największa wadą był przestarzały telewizor w pokoju bez funkcji SmartTV. Ponadto sala, na której podawane są śniadania ma bardzo smutny wystrój. Żadnych roślin i dekoracji. Dość zaskakująca i trochę kuriozalną wadą hotelu są niezwykle ciężkie drzwi wejściowe do hotelu. Drobna kobieta wchodząc z bagażami może mieć poważny problem z ich otwarciem.

Great location, very clean but bar could do with improvement
Pros:

The reception staff are always very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a fantastic location in a beautiful building which is spotlessly clean. The rooms have everything you need and are comfortable. Breakfast was great with lots of options to choose from.

Cons:

The bar staff keep disappearing,every time we either wanted a drink or to pay they were nowhere to be seen. They is not a lot of choice of alcohol in the bar, for a 4 star hotel they need to have a better selection.

Bardzo miły pobyt w hotelu.
Pros:

Pokoje bardzo wygodne, łóżko ogromne, automat z gorącą wodą na korytarzu, wszystkie podstawowe sprzęty, czysta łazienka. Bardzo miła obsługa, zarówno na recepcji jak i w kuchni. W Lublinie byłem ze względu na festiwal Inne brzmienia, z hotelu było stosunkowo blisko do obydwu miejsc, w którym odbywały się wydarzenia.

Cons:

Bliskość ulicy i hałas w nocy - wyścigi samochodów na ulicach Lublina. Brak wegańskich opcji w ramach śniadania - natomiast, po poproszeniu kuchni otrzymałem wegańskie produkty.

Przyjemnie choć bez fajerwerków.
Pros:

Hotel mieści się w pięknym historycznym budynku, i ma bardzo przestronne części wspólne. Pokoje dość nowoczesne. Wspaniała lokalizacja, sprzyjająca zwiedzaniu miasta spacerem.

Cons:

Armatura w lazienkach wyłożonych marmurem, miała czas świetności w latach 90 tych- ledwo sprawna, zakamieniona słuchawka prysznica była wyzwaniem. Śniadanie choć bardzo urozmaicone, było obsługiwane przez mało zaangażowany personel. Długi czas oczekiwania na filiżankę do kawy, uzupełnienie talerzy. Nie potrzebnie wydłużyły pobyt w hotelu rano.

Unfortunately AC was not working and it ruined the whole stay, as it was 30 degrees outside and perhaps even more in the hotel room. Stuff provided fan, which I appreciate, but it is quite irresponsible to host guests without AC in such weather conditions.
