Hotel OK, ale ma za mało obsługi. Jedna osoba na recepcji to stanowczo za mało.
Pros:

Pokoje są Ok, czyste i ciche. Sam nocleg jest OK.

Cons:

Nie ma obsługi. W hotelu przyjmował nas bardzo profesjonalny i miły Pan, ale był sam! Mimo, że hotel był pełen! Przy wymeldowaniu na recepcji nie było nikogo a Pani z baru nie wiedziała jak pomóc. Ten hotel ma za mało obsługi!

Great hotel
Pros:

Rooms were absolutely beautiful. Lovely and clean and beds were really comfortable . Dining room is great lots of seating very spacious and breakfast was exceptional. Bar area is also really good. Staff were very friendly and nothing wasn't to much trouble for them. All in all a great hotel wouldn't stay any were else when I go back to Lublin.

Cons:

The only negative I can give it is that there is no access to the dining room there is 2 sets of steps to navigate and as I am disabled it was quite a struggle. To be fair there is a staff lift which is ok but you have to walk quite away through the kitchens etc.

Good food excellent staff would stay again.
Pros:

Very helpful and courteous staff. It was well looked after, rooms were cleaned everyday, fresh towels when needed. It was in an ideal location for our holiday. We would definitely stay there again.

Piękna architektura budynku, świadomość nocowania w zabytkowym miejscu z historią.i duszą

Cons:

Bardzo słabe śniadania. Jak na hotel tej klasy śniadanie powinno być wyborne, powinno być wizytówka hotelu.
Okazało się przeciętne, słabe pieczywo, niskiej jakości sok pomarańczowy.
Nalesniki były jako takie, reszta bez rewelacji. Tutaj generalnie zawód.i rozczarowanie

Mała łazienka z mikroskopijnym prysznicem, z niedomykajacymi sie drzwiami, ciągle wylewaka się wodą

Piękne wnętrza z rozczarowującą obsługą
Pros:

Lokalizacja i piękne wnętrza są głównym i w sumie jedynym atutem tego hotelu. Pokój był przestronny i komfortowy. Było w nim wszystko czego potrzeba. I to byłoby na tyle z plusów :)

Cons:

Niestety, obsługa pozostawia wiele do życzenia – przypominam, że mówimy o 4-gwiazdkowym hotelu. Przyjechaliśmy na rowerach - zawsze w takich sytuacjach obsługa organizuje nam przechowanie ich w skrytkach bagażowych, salach konferencyjnych lub pomieszczeniach gospodarczych (rezerowaliśmy jedną noc). Tutaj pani recepcjonistka powiedziała, że możemy zostawić sobie rowery na parkingu - nie wskazując, gdzie ten parking się znajduje. Musiałam dopytać 3 razy, gdzie znajduje się ten tajemniczy parking. Nikt nie pomógł nam w otwarciu ani przytrzymaniu wąskich drzwi, aby te rowery przemieścić na parking/plac wewnątrz hotelu. Tej samej samodzielności wymagało odebranie rowerów następnego dnia z "parkingu". Jedyną osobą, która z uśmiechem pomogła nam podczas pobytu, był Pan, który był obecny na zmianie w dniu naszego przyjeżdżania na parterze - chcieliśmy wyjść bocznymi drzwiami, które jednak były zamknięte - Pan z uśmiechem pokierował nas do właściwego wejścia i nawet przytrzymał drzwi. Kolejnym zaskakującym, jak na ten poziom hotelu, wątkiem było śniadanie. Przychodząc o 7:30 – czyli de facto zaraz po otwarciu śniadania (w weekendy od 7:00 do 11:00), pierwszym, co rzucało się w oczy, była pusta ramka, w której kiedyś pewnie był plaster miodu – mówię "pewnie", bo nie zostało to uzupełnione przez cały czas trwania śniadania. Ponadto trzeba było prosić obsługę, aby doniosła potrawy, które dawno się skończyły, a naczynia po nich świeciły pustką. To samo dotyczyło sztućców, których brakowało lub w ogóle nie było ich w pojemnikach. Jakość jedzenia jest bardzo średnia. W holu hotelu mogliśmy dostrzec plakat informujący o wernisażu, który odbył się 31.05.26 r. – my zawitaliśmy do hotelu 5 czerwca.
