Overall, very good.
Pros:

The drinks and food in the fridge, the hospitality of the team , the cleanliness and warmth of the room.

Cons:

The size of beds, they are just two small. Why not a double bed please not two small single beds joined together. The bed was the only thing I did not like, the rest was great.

9.30 półmiski z wędlinami i serami nie były uzupełniane nawet jeśli zostało po dwa plasterki na nich nie były uzupełniane.

If I book a room in an (4 star) hotel, a window in my room is a basic requirement - like a bed.
Cons:

I was initially offered a room that just had a skylight. I was moved after I complained.

The meal in the empty restaurant was not cooked through and was tepid. It was replaced with a hot (tasty) meal and three chocolates from the chef by way of an apology. I broke my tooth on the only chocolate I took. I received no apology. When I left the hotel 36 hours later, I still had no apology and was told that there was no manager at weekends (!)
