Pros:

I really liked the location of the apartment. It is very close to the Old Town, the port, and an area with many restaurants, which made it very convenient to explore the city.

I also appreciated that the apartment had a washing machine. However, it would have been helpful if laundry detergent had been provided and if there had been an option to iron clothes.

The colors and overall atmosphere of the apartment were very pleasant and created a nice, cozy feeling during the stay.

Cons:

There were several things that I did not like during the stay. The key got stuck in the main entrance door downstairs, and I had to ask local people for help to get inside. I contacted the hosts about this issue, but my message was ignored and no attempt was made to resolve the problem.

The bed linen was synthetic and not very comfortable, and the bed itself was too high. The apartment was also too warm, and there was no clear signal information on how to make the rooms cooler. The TV channels were not working.

The shampoos provided were very low quality — they dried out my hair and irritated my eyes. It would also have been useful to have a broom to sweep the floors.

The water was heavily chlorinated throughout the entire stay. There was also no information about where to take out the trash.

Additionally, the dishwasher clearly had not been cleaned. It did not wash dishes properly, the filter had not been cleaned at all, and there was no dishwasher salt or rinse aid, so glasses could not be properly cleaned.

If it was not one night stay, we would have changed the hotel after assessing the situation.

perfect breakfast, friendly staff, good location, clean rooms, spacious parking.

Cons:

Very small rooms for 4star hotel, they did not informed us before booking about renovation of hotel, view from the window was into the the roof with ventilation equipment.
