The owner was lovely, the dogs were very friendly and it was a clean and nice place to stay. It has tiled floor so my feet were a little cold - then as I was packing to leave I discovered they provide robes and slippers! Ideal

Es ist eine ungewöhnliche aber schöne Anlage. Mein Zimmer lag im 1.OG mit Dachschräge direkt über einem Garagenkomplex o.ä. der Eigentümer. Die Ausstattung war gut. Die Dusche war sehr schön groß.

Bewertung: 10/10 – ein magischer Ort mit italienischem Herz

Ein wahres Juwel! Diese versteckte Villa in der Nähe des wunderschönen Sees in Gmünd ist eine Oase der Ruhe und Entspannung. Die Gastgeber – eine herzliche italienische Familie – empfangen ihre Gäste mit echter Wärme, Offenheit und Gastfreundschaft. Man spürt die italienische Seele in jedem Detail.

Das Anwesen ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet. Jeder Winkel hat seinen eigenen Charme, und trotzdem genießt man Privatsphäre und Ruhe. Ich war mit meinem Hund dort – Tiere sind willkommen, was für mich sehr wichtig war.

Ein Aufenthalt hier ist viel mehr als nur eine Übernachtung – es ist ein besonderes Erlebnis, das im Herzen bleibt.

Von ganzem Herzen empfehle ich diesen magischen Ort jedem, der Stille, Schönheit und echte Gastfreundschaft sucht. Vielen Dank für alles 🫶

Trotzt Corona Einschränkungen müsste ich geschäftlich unterwegs sein. Heir war man gut aufgehoben und geschützt.

It was first time in my life that I had such bad experience with hotel just because of customer service.
When I was booking the room it was written that room has air conditioning and when I arrived I asked about air condition. I was laughed at by one owner that I requested about it because they don`t have it and they don`t need to have it. When I went down to the reception the wife`s owner asked me if everything is ok. I complained about lack of air conditioning and she reacted in the same manner as the owner. So I asked her why they advertise that they have air condition and she replied to me that something is wrong with me because she doesn`t feel hot.
In the same hotel there was also my colleague and she told me to bring to his room invoice for the stay and I refused since I am not meeting with him. She replied to this WHY? DON`T MAKE ME ANGRY!” At that point I was literally shocked by such attitude to customer who pays 120 Euros per night.
Another thing I disliked in this hotel was bottle of water next to mine bed. Normally when the bottle of water is next to bed that means it is complimentary but here it turned out it was 4 Euro for bottle and it was no information about it except that information was hidden inside the book.
Walking around hotel in the night was also not easy. I wanted to go down to my car and it turned out that all the door are closed and only way was going around the hotel which was difficult because there was no light and I had to walk blindly

Die Unterkunft ist mir zu teuer. Der Preis ist nicht gerechtfertigt.
Die Einrichtung hat mir nicht gefallen. Das Bett knarzt. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert nicht, was bei einer Außentemperatur von über 30 Grad sehr unangenehm war. Das WLAN ist langsam. Der Balkon ist eigentlich schön, wenn auch nicht sehr gepflegt, aber da er direkt an der Hauptstrasse liegt, kaum benutzbar. Die bayrische Dorfjugend will dort gerne alle PS ausspielen.
Der Zimmerservice ist schlecht. Manchmal wird das Zimmer gar nicht gemacht (nach meiner Beschwerde kam man mir aber finanziell entgegen) und man stellt dann gerne die persönlichen Gegenstände im Bad um, so dass man doch ein wenig irritiert ist. Aber unfassbar war, der Zimmerservice eigenständig und ungefragt die Rolläden hochmacht und das Fenster offen stehen läßt, an dem Tag war eine Außentemperatur von 35 Grad!
Die Inhaber haben einen Windhund, der im Innenhof, über den man immer zum Auto gehen muss, sehr stürmisch auf den Gast zugeht (sind ja Fremde für ihn). Er springt einen auch an und ist meist beim Frühstücksbüffet präsent. Wenn man Angst vor Hunden hat, was ich nicht habe, ist man dort nicht gut aufgehoben.

Insgesamt ist das Haus noch ok, aber ich wähle demnächst ein anderes Hotel.

Hotel nuovo, pulito, confortevole, con parcheggio privato gratuito. Ottimo servizio

Sehr freundliche Chefin und Chef, die mit lustigen Geschichten unterhalten. Top Lage, ruhig, in Mitten der Natur (Mangfalltal), mit direkter S-Bahnanbindung und nur 20-30 Minuten nach München und an den Tegernsee. Sehr sauber und individuell gestaltet.

Sehr schönes Haus, netter Empfang, sehr komfortabel und großzügig ausgestattet. Gutes Frühstück mit interessanten Extras. Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt, ist die Nähe zur Strasse, die zumindest von einigen Appartments aus zu hören ist. Nachts ist dort aber wenig Verkehr. Gute Anbindung nach München.

Hotel typowo biznesowy blisko okolic przemysłowych. Bardzo kameralny.

I was extremely impressed by my stay at the Chalet! The rooms were spacious and impeccably clean. Dinner and breakfast were delicious. The proprietors were highly attentive and responded quickly and thoughtfully to every question and request I had.

Superb service, good communications, close to Holzkirschen, good restaurant nearby.

Wondeful hotel in the Bavarian countryside with train access to Munich. Large well appointed rooms and a friendly staff make this hotel a pleasure to stay at.
