Great service all round.
Pros:

Kitchen was open 24/7 and the chef is quite good. Customer service was generally great. Pillows were amazing.

Cons:

There was a lot of noise due to ongoing repairs and renovations. We weren’t forewarned. Towels needed upgrade.

A lovely place to stay
Pros:

The hotel room was well set up, a good size and comfortable.
The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

One member of staff stood over me and insisted I fill in a review in my 1st hour of arriving.
That was intimidating and uncomfortable.

Pros:

It was my birthday and the hotel celebrated me...it was thoughtful and surprising meant alot. Rita you are an awesome Leader with an amazing Team well done thank you for always listening to me.

Cons:

I guess the noise from the bus stop isnt the fault of the hotel but it can be a bother when on your balcony.
