Pros:

Goede lokatie en fijne Valetparking.
Redelijk ontbijt en aardig personeel.
Kamers zijn echt aan een opknapbeurt toe. Tapijt is versleten, meubilair ook.
Wel fantastisch uitzicht op het meer en de vulkaan!

Cons:

Het was echt niet schoon. Onder het bed lag een paar vieze en stinkende schoenen. Lichtknopjes in badkamer waren zwart van de vieze vingers. Vlekken op de ruiten van vingers.

Muy buena estancia en Puerto Varas. Recomendable por ubicación y relación calidad-precio

Desayuno muy bien.
Piscina relativamente pequeña, pero temperada, muy bien mantenida, y buena atención.
Amplias habitaciones. Cama cómoda. Bañera con jacuzzi en la habitación.
Buena vista al lago y volcanes.
Estacionamiento gratuito.

Cons:

Lo único que podría considerar deficiente es Internet. Regular. Por ejemplo, la TV usa internet para ver los canales de cable o streaming y tiene cortes, hay zonas de la habitación sin buena cobertura.

O conforto do hotel é excelente, a cama e travesseiros são uma maravilha! Perfeito pra relaxar.
