tranquilo hermoso hotel y personal muy amable
Pros:

amé la ubicacion, rico el desayuno y variado y la piscina iba muy poca gente y eso nos gusto, ya que no es muy grande.

Cons:

que estaban repletos los estacionamientos del hotel, incluso en espacios donde no habia que estacionar

Un lugar cómodo.
Pros:

El desayuno es muy completo y abundante. La comida muy fresca y siempre disponible. El espacio del hotel es en general amplio y silencioso. El sauna y la piscina están muy bien. La limpieza es impecable. La ubicación es muy cómoda y las habitaciones que tienen vista al lago realmente valen la pena.

Cons:

La atención del personal fue siempre cordial y amable, pero la política de ingreso al hotel es un tanto ridícula. En el check-in exigen el pago inmediato y la presentación de documentación antes de entregar las llaves de la habitación, con lo cual el pasajero llega al hotel, en general después de viajar muchas horas, y no puede ni siquiera ingresar al estacionamiento a dejar el vehículo o ir al baño en su habitación antes de hacer todo el proceso, que no es muy rápido además. Parecen tener miedo de que uno no pague o se vaya sin pagar lo cual hace que uno no se sienta bienvenido.
