It was a fair stay
Pros:

There is a new building under construction next to the existing one. I hope it will have elevators.

Cons:

The hotel doesn’t have elevators; you need to go up and down stairs with luggage, so it’s not suitable for elderly guests. The carpets in the rooms are very worn and outdated.

Melhor escolha! Hotel maravilhoso e completíssimo!
Pros:

Quarto amplo, bonito e silencioso (e com uma cortina blackout ótima, ficava beeem escurinho de manhã), com vista pra orla e pro vulcão, banheiro ótimo, novinho e espaçoso, limpeza impecável, cama boa com muitos travesseiros, garrafas de água de cortesia, localização perfeita (melhor impossível), atendimento excelente e cordial, café da manhã com muita variedade e horário ótimo, praticidade com o estacionamento, e ainda tinha piscina e academia. Tudo perfeito!
