La rotura de la pica up me amargo la estadía

La hubicacion y el hotel todo menos las cocheras
La limpieza impecable

Cons:

Tuve problema al estacionar en la cochera 15 donde hay una caja que es de electricidad que al entrar me pegó en el faro trasero izquierdo y en la puerta trasera de la pica up y rompió el faro y abolló la puerta produciendo un daña de aproximadamente de 800 us$ que el hotel no se hace responsable y como reparación me dieron us$ 203

La ubicación del hotel es excelente, estás cerca de todo

Cons:

No puedo creer que un hotel de esta categoría no tenga en la ducha donde dejar los productos como jabón, shampoo, etcétera. Y para qué hablar de la calidad de los productos que el hotel ofrece como cortesía. Por otro lado, el desayuno es de baja calidad en todos los sentidos. Cuando el café ya es básico todo lo demás no sorprende. No puedes ofrecer unas tostadas de pan de molde en una ciudad como puerto varas. Opté por desayunar en otro lado durante el viaje.

Un hotel muy agradable y comodo.

Personal muy amable y cordial.
Excelente vista al lago y volcanes.
Muy buena cama
No ocupamos la piscina.

Cons:

Los muebles de la habitación necesitan una renovación. Estan muy feos y obsoletos
Recomiendo eliminar o cambiar la alfombra de la habitación.
La barra de la ducha del baño , costaba fijarla.

Súper recomendable
Pros:

Hotel ideal para pasar unos días en puerto Varas , la ubicación es perfecta , el personal muy amoroso , desayuno súper completo , la habitación era amplia y muy limpia

Cons:

Todo fue bien , quizás el mobiliario de la habitación era un poco antiguo.

Pros:

La ubicación es lo bueno del hotel y la vista al lago la actitud de los conserjes es una de las mejores cosas

Cons:

No tienes espacio para estacionar vehículos constantemente hay problema con eso hay q estar dejando las llaves, el restaurante del hotel es horrible y la atención tambien tuvimos q comer fuera del hotel los días restantes y las instalaciones son igual q las del Diego de Almagro pero cuestan mucho más
