Cons:

We had no water in our room for 24 hours, we informed the staff at 6.00 am in the morning & were told that the problem would be fixed withing a few hours, after we returned from a game drive we still had no water, we were told by the staff again this would be fixed very shortly (it was not) we could not shower or wash ! we were given a key to another room to take a shower & use the toilet this was a far distance from our room, at 8pm the same day we still had no water & we were offered to change rooms in the dark & very heavy rain, we declined this offer. The following morning when we were due to check out the water returned.

Average, incl average and with typical Kenyan food. Price level too high, but typical for Kenya.
Pros:

Beware that the walls are not sound proof, meaning that they feel like cardboard. Bring your own earplugs.

This is very big facility, with many guests and numerous safaricars, especially during weekend the crowds in the facility and on the roads is noticeable.

Cons:

Restaurant facility need an upgrade, and too crowded during weekends.

I accidentally left my converter in the room. I was due to fly out in a couple of days. I would like to commend Douglas

Pros:

The breakfast was very good and the location was excellent. The grounds are beautiful and the rooms are very well equipped. The staff are very friendly and professional.

Cons:

This was our second time at this property and it was a different experience than the first. It was not bad, but the buffet line was only open during breakfast. For lunch and dinner there was a set menu and you had to wait for your food to be brought to the table. Sometimes that meant waiting longer than we expected to receive our food at lunch and in the evening and having fewer choices. I don't know why you have to pay to have water with your meal. Only coffee and tea are complimentary.
