Not a happy guest
Pros:

Stay away pets, ice machine on 2nd floor didn't work the whole 2 weeks I was there housekeeping was only making up my bed and clean towels. It was paper on floor in room and bathroom floor they just walked right over it.

Pros:

The location was nice, beds were comfy, the rooms were set up nicely, water pressure nice, and the manager was great.

Cons:

The first room we were given we asked to be switched to a different room due to a strong mildew smell in the room. It was very strong. The staff member at first told us no and that she could provide us with a fan or spray. When we pressed the situation and asked to talk to a manager or get a refund, the staff member seemed rather annoyed that she had to bother the manager and instead gave me a card to the hote to calll. She then told us the card number would only call the front desk phone, when asked how that would be helpful for us to figure out the situation she seemed even more annoyed. She again told us that she could not switch us rooms and since we booked through booking.com a refund was going to be hard to do. When we suggested again that we wanted to talk to a manager the employee then called the manager. The manager was great and had the employee give us a key to a different room to see if the mildew smell was better in that room. I went and smelled the room and it smelled much better. So we told the staff member that we would switch rooms. I apologized for being "a pain in the butt" and she again acted like we were completely ruining her night by asking to be switched to a clean room. She never said anything rude, it was just the lack of professionalism and willingness to solve the problem. When we brought our stuff up to the room, we went to go take showers and noticed the shower was dirty. It had been cocked recently and all the cocking debris was all over the tub still along with what looked like dirt. We decided to clean it up ourselves because the staff member had already mentioned that this was the only other room they had for us. We did notify the front desk, who later called up to see if we wanted her to clean the mess up, but we already had and it wasnt her job to have the room clean. It was the maintenance and the house cleaners job.

Pros:

Booked two nights through Priceline for La Quinta Inn & Suites Ada OK. Priceline double-charged me and the hotel suddenly claimed no rooms available for the second night after I raised issues.
The room had:
• A shattered/broken window (serious safety hazard with glass damage — photos)
• Disgusting stained and dirty bathtub (unsanitary — photos)
• Broken toilet seat
When I complained, it escalated into a shouting match with the owner/staff. Police were called to mediate, and then I was trespassed from the property.
Extremely poor conditions and management. Do not stay here.”

Decent for the money, needs better cleaning.
Pros:

Nice staff, quick.

Cons:

The bathroom was hardly cleaned, I had to clean the shower before I was willing to get in, and there was a huge difference after wiping it down & rinsing it off. You could hear the conversations of both rooms beside us. Also, slept with our own blankets bc the sheets looked like they hadn’t been switched out.

Good value!
Pros:

Good value for the area! Hotel is clean and the location was convenient for us. We definitely enjoyed our stay and we will be back in the near future.

Pros:

Everything was wonderful, especially the staff. Professional. Kind. Pleasant and accommodating. We couldn't figure out our TV, and the desk host came up to get us educated. We also experienced a tornado scare where everyone came down to the lobby late one night. It was the most fun I've ever had in bad weather. Your lobby area was nicely furnished and was well-used by my group of friends. Breakfast also was great! And the man and woman handling breakfast were wonderfully friendly ... and kept everything tidied up nicely. Thanks for a terrific stay!

Cons:

Check-in and check-out were perfect. Can't think of a thing you could improve. Thanks for a comfortable three days.
