Good location and excellent property but spoiled because of poor service
Pros:

Excellent location, heritage property so has the old colonial look

Cons:

Poor communication with hotel guests.
Didn’t check when we are coming as our flight was to arrive a bit late
Did not communicate clearly regarding the upgrade which we were given
Did not communicate that morning buffet breakfast was cancelled
Had to repeatedly request simple things as extra towels or shower gel
Poor supervision of junior reception staff

A beautiful property with a helpful, friendly and smiling staff.
Pros:

The staff was fantastic. Restaurant service excellent.
Front desk wonderful. And Padmini and Upasana were so very sweet and helpful. Manager helped us out with special requests as well.

Cons:

Last day internet for visa machine wasn’t working but that was NOT the hotel’s fault.

Nice period building right in the centre of thr French Quarter. Good food. Service staff were very courteous & prompt

Cons:

Very high beds, poor air conditioning at night, inefficient front office, not honouring
Booking.com terms, mosquito nuisance in the rooms & dining room.

Insgesamt ein empfehlenswertes Hotel, die Preise sind angesichts des Renovierungsstandes zu hoch

Sehr gute Lage und schönes Gebäude. Unser Zimmer war sehr großzügig und das Bett gut. Das Haus und Restaurant hat eine tolle Atmosphäre.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist nicht besonders gut geführt was die Sauberkeit und die Abläufe angeht. Vieles müsste renoviert und erneuert werden .( Badezimmer)
