Pros:

Sehr gute Lage und schönes Gebäude. Unser Zimmer war sehr großzügig und das Bett gut. Das Haus und Restaurant hat eine tolle Atmosphäre.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist nicht besonders gut geführt was die Sauberkeit und die Abläufe angeht. Vieles müsste renoviert und erneuert werden .( Badezimmer)

Nice boutique hotel with character and very well located
Pros:

Ambience and staff were very helpful and pleasant. Location was excellent.

Everything was excellent except the bathroom arrangements, which required a little getting used to.
Pros:

The hotel's location was excellent (walking distance from the beach and a short drive from the airport). The restaurant was also excellent. The room was very clean. The staff were friendly. The hotel arranged for cars for local sightseeing, and also a drop to Chennai.

Cons:

For room 6 the bathroom was not the usual hotel bathroom, but two small enclosures for toilet and shower inside the room, with no proper separation from the room.

Overall our stay was short but very enjoyable
Pros:

The ambience. The decor, food and wine. Also staff was very hospitable. And also the location.

Cons:

Only one thing the outlet of water in the toilet was not proper and water was accumulating

Excellent location, unique building, exceptional food
Pros:

The building was amazing, an oasis from the busy streets, lovingly restored with exceptional restaurant downstairs in perfect location

Cons:

Staff were lovely but maybe just need to follow up and confirm requests like laundry/travel etc

Wonderful and brilliant stay at the heart of white town
Pros:

The entire property with a rich history is what made the place unique. The staff was super friendly and special mention to Prabhu who made us feel so comfortable and even went out of the way to celebrate me and my wife’s birthday. The place is always buzzing with people and with live music on Fridays and Saturdays makes it even more special

Cons:

We booked a penthouse room and expected the rooms to be a little bigger. It is actually a small room but clean and well maintained. There is no lift in the property but i can understand it is because to maintain the heritage of the property
