Die teilweise Respektlosigkeit anderer Gäste und dass das Hotelpersonal nicht für Ruhe gesorgt hat. Da wird beim Frühstück an jedem zweiten Tisch Videotelefonie über die Lautsprecher des Telefons geführt.

First of all Angel in reception was very helpful. We arrived early and she put a priority on cleaning the room. She helped us change a tour bus. The king room (with the park view) was spacious and comfortable. Very clean, and housekeeping staff very quick in the morning. Breakfast was good and plentiful even though it did not vary, there were many choices. Del and staff in the restaurant were exceptionally polite. The bartender Nucia was so helpful and kind. The location was perfect to get around the city and on a BigBus. Highly recommend.
The TV channels were disappointing.
Extremely frustrated with both BOOKING.COM and the hotel. I like this hotel, I have stayed a couple of times before. This time I went through booking.com pet hotel search, it brought up this hotel. I booked this hotel, they took the payment. I added an additional message for the hotel telling them I was bring a small dog. I arrived after 4 hours of travelling and the hotel gave me a lovely room. They rang me within moments of arriving in the room and said dogs aren’t allowed and I have to leave and speak to the manager. They kept me waiting whilst they were on the phone to booking.com and finally came of of their office said will make an exception if I give them a hold on my credit card for damages. I was in my way to an event. They made me 20 minutes late sorting this out and no compensation at all, not even a cup of coffee. Between booking.com and the hotel this should not have happened, it very much upset me thinking I would have to run around looking for a hotel and intimated my dog would damage the hotel room. My dog is beyond well trained and quiet and friendly. It ruined my trip. It ruined my experience staying at a hotel I usually like.
Plus the air conditioning was broken, the hotel was too hot.

All the staff were lovely and efficient, they actually upgraded us when we mentioned we were in London to get married and the room we had was lovely and spacious (especially by London standards), quiet and spotlessly clean.
If I'm being picky I'd say the shower was a little slow to drain and the hairdryer was completely useless.
