The room was a good size
Staff were miserable
None of the sockets in our room worked, we complained at 7am, still not working at 7pm.

location was perfect for the event we were attending in Battersea Park
The large bed was awful. Each time either of us moved, or even breathed deeply, the bed bounced so badly that it felt like you were spinning. The inside window into the bathroom, despite having a blind, flooded the bedroom with light from around the edges of the blind if we used the bath room during the night.
Although it was good to have both a shower and a bath, the shower had a rainfall shower and a hand held wand. As a female who didn't want to wash my hair that day it was impossible to avoid the drips from the rain shower whilst trying to use the wand to shower.
The entrance doors to each room made a very loud bang each time they were shut resulting in us being woken up each time someone arrived or left their room.
The rooms were clean and the staff helpful and friendly. Well situated as well.
