Improvements needed
Pros:

Location. The location is amazing, it is literally a couple minutes away from the Battersea Power Station which has a variety of shops and restaurants. The station is quite close which allows you to commute quite quickly.
The bed is quite comfortable.

Cons:

The hotel is located really close to the railway and unfortunately you will hear the train quite frequently. The rooms are not isolated for noises that well, so you can hear a lot of things.
The cleanliness was not up to par to be honest. They were some stains in the room and quite a bit of dusts.
I used the spa area and the pool and I regret it. The pool was not cleaned. I saw a bandage in the water and there were some litter around the pool. Wear your sandals in the sauna!

Sofa, so good?
Pros:

Located minutes from Battersea power station with unlimited shopping/food options, it has beautifully maintained surroundings right on the river Thames. Also minutes walk from Battersea tube station you are a couple of stops from major attractions (embankment), or transfers to all underground connections. Beautiful hotel, great location, great transport links.

Cons:

Okay this is not a fault with the hotel but with how it's listed on booking.com . I was traveling with my 13yr daughter and her privacy was paramount. I booked the junior suite which listed the bedroom's large double bed , with a separate room with a "sofa bed". This was ideal , id rough it on the pull out bed and my daughter had her own room with a bit of luxury.
NO SOFA BED,initially when I alerted the front desk of this they simply dropped up a pillow and a blanket(meaning I was looking at sleeping on the couch for the duration, not ideal at 45 with back problems.)
I went back to reception and once they understood the situation, and that it was me, not daughter that would be sleeping in the main bed they upgraded me to a larger suite with a sofa and a "day bed". Still not ideal but it was at least flat.
I felt staff reacted well to what seems to have been a misrepresentation on either the hotels part or on booking.com description 🤔

The staffs were not nice as I read from other reviews. Maybe they. It was alright will visit again
Pros:

The destination was at great places easy with transport buses and walk in town.

Cons:

The they gave only one bottle of water for the first day meanwhile we were too. It would have been better if at least the gave us 2 bottles because we were 2 . But apart from that. It a pleasant experience

Pros:

I came for the sauna and steam room but it wasn’t working on the day

Cons:

I paid for breakfast at the desk after being told to. Then when I went for breakfast in the morning they publicly embarrassed me in front of people claiming that I wasn’t able to enter the breakfast room when I already paid for it. The whole experience was dreadful I feel humiliated and embarrassed by the staff.
