Now what I would have expected in a deluxe twin room
Pros:

Location good and staff very nice

Cons:

Rooms smelt of drains/fusty. We changed rooms the first night but 2nd room was equally as bad and had to have the air con running all night in an attempt to diffuse the foul smell. The beds were also very uncomfortable.

An amazing location, with welcoming hosts & a beautiful hotel. Would 100% come back 🙌🏽
Pros:

I really loved how the hotel wasn’t too light, really set the mood! It was my first solo spa night away and I will definitely be coming back. The room was an amazing size…and that window from the bathroom to bedroom 🙌🏽😍 such a lovely touch.

Cons:

There was black worms in the steam room…loads 😭 not sure how thorough they get cleaned but I was anxious using the steam room because of it.

Excellent location, close to Battersea Power Station, buses and access to central London.
Pros:

Excellent location, reasonable value for the location. Room was cleaned promptly - was always done when I came back.
Any room requests were answered promptly (e.g. clean robe, new hairdryer etc.)

Cons:

Breakfast - excellent but I would not have included it in the booking fee if I had known a continental breakfast was available for less.
Bar - great but there is a gap of one hour between breakfast closing and the bar opening. Would be nice to be able to get coffee at 11.
Rooms - great but pillows a bit too soft. Not sure if there were any other options - probably should have asked. Would have been nice to access my Netflix account on the TV - couldn't get my devices to mirror, even though that seemed to be an option.
Bathroom - face cloths/flannels would have been a nice addition. Hairdryer broke down while I was there but a different one was supplied.
Gym - pool and sauna/steam great but gym is very small and needs a bit more thought. A Pilates ball, roller, blocks, straps etc. TV is almost pointless as you can't watch it from the bike/treadmill anyway.
Security - at no point was I questioned as I came in the lobby, even late at night, and could access any floor without a keycard. Perhaps a security guard or keycard entry after 11 pm might be a good idea?

Perfect London hotel
Pros:

Very clean loved the swimming pool conveniently near the tube and just round the corner to Battersea Power Station. Staff excellent too.

Excellent hotel and friendly staff
Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay, the hotel was excellent, the rooms were clean and the staff were really friendly. We paid for breakfast on the two days we stayed and it was good value for money with an excellent choice of hot and cold foods. We also ate in the hotel restaurant one evening and there was lots of choice and very good value. We would definitely stay there again.
