Acceptable 3.5 Star Hotel for Tradeshow at SNEIC for US$100~US$120/night.
Pros:

Location is wonderful, connected to Metro Line 2 (exit 4) directly and cross the street from Century Park.
Side streets have local grocery store and many restaurants, including McD and Kentucky Fried Chicken.
Convenient shuttle bus in the morning to the Shanghai New Int'l Expo Centre (SNIEC).
Shower/Water is strong!

Cons:

Wi-Fi really slow.
Room/Bathroom is a bit worn/dated, but clean.
Carpets & Curtains really need to be replaced.
Breakfast during tradeshow is like a zoo, took forever to find open seat/table and the wait for the fried egg is forever .
Elevator is very slow.
Windows through out the hotel are dirty.

Прекрасний готель у гарній локації.
Pros:

Дуже ввічливий і привітний персонал. Завжди готові допомогти.
В номері є все необхідне. Хоча номер доволі старий, перебування в ньому приємне.
Вид з вікна казковий.
Сніданки смачні і поживні. Є все необхідне на будь-який смак.
Метро дуже близько, легко доїхати будь-куди. І пряма лінія до аеропорту.
Дуже задоволені перебуванням в готелі.

Cons:

Гарно було би оновити номера.
Проте це не ж суттєвим мінусом.

Расположение рядом с выставочным комплексом. Больше ничего.

Cons:

Отель под выставку. Цена не оправдано во время проведения выставок завышается.
Номера требуют ремонта. Пыль в углах. Матрас пружинный. Подушки неудобные. Коврик в душевой кабине от старости пожелтел (заменить на новый не дорого). В этот отель переехали с трёх звёзд, там было гораздо комфортнее.

Tutto perfetto, ambiente pulitissimo, estrema vicinanza al mio punto di interesse, in questo caso la fiera di Shanghai, camere grandi molto spaziose, colazione eccellente. personale impeccabile. se tornerò a Shanghai soggiornerò sicuramente lì!

Удобный отель с отличной инфраструктурой рядом
Pros:

Отель прямо у метро и в 1,5 км от экспоцентра, поэтому основная аудитория - участники выставок. В стандартном номере оборудовано рабочее место (стол, удобный стул, лампа) и есть куча розеток на все возможные разъемы. Зарядить можно любой прибор без проблем. Огромное спасибо отелю за это! Сотрудники говорят по-английски. Дамы, занимающиеся уборкой, работают добросовестно и аккуратно.
Завтрак достаточно разнообразный, начинается в 6:30 - и лучше поесть пораньше, потому что в 8-9 часов приходит толпа.
Это не относится к отелю напрямую, но инфраструктура вокруг очень важна. Прямо напротив отеля - парк. Вокруг парка - беговая и пешеходная дорожка, полностью освещенная, с чистыми бесплатными туалетами. Как бегун, я в восторге.
