Great rooms... But...
Pros:

Great rooms and good facilities including a Starbucks and the Bar Grill
Rooms are great with great beds but no comfy chair despite stacks of room
Thermostat is waist height and has not back light so you have to use your mobile torch to adjust it

poor service, low quality breakfast, good room
Pros:

room was good size and decor but the staff at check in was very unwelcoming. the breakfast was not good, specially the tasteless tinned fruits and the cheap fruit juices in addition to a useless coffee machine.

Reception staff excellent
Pros:

The reception staff especially Blu was amazing, we chatted for a while whilst I was checking in and made me feel like her friend and more than welcome
