Potentially a good hotel but some very poor design and operations decisions

Staff were very friendly and issues were dealt with promptly

Cons:

First room had a leak with wet carpet. Second room had a delivery lorry arrive each morning outside at 05:30. Bathroom amenities attached to wall by double sided tape so fell off! Windows are full length with no privacy unless you lower the blinds completely - need frosting film on lower half. Tap in bathroom just crazy stupid and clearly never reviewed by an ergonomist

Many thanks to Wendy and Aaron on reception who sorted out a slight room issue with great interpersonal skills and customer service expertise! Lovely , helpful staff all round! We will definitely be booking again! The Village hotel group ate now my go to .......
