The room has been refurbished but ours was very bare, there’s a huge space by the window which would benefit from a chair being put there. And the iron on top of the desk is a bit of an eye sore

The rooms were comfortable & had everything we needed. Booked a club room so we could use the gym & pool which were brilliant.

Clean and modern
Very noisy despite being reassured I had been given a quiet room. Teens running up and down the corridor and loud banging on doors to wake them up at 6.30am!!

Bed linen looked dirty, smelt and had hairs in it!
Reception didn’t give any information on arrival about wifi, free or to pay for it.
When I checked in I used a card for bar drinks etc but asked that I would use another payment for the room. On checkout they had charged my card at midnight and would not replace the payment method. They did not tell me that at check it. I’ve never had a problem with doing this at other hotels. I normally buy food drink separately then pay for my bed and breakfast with my hotel room and claim any expenses necessary.
Check out were reluctant to print me an invoice. After breakfast it still wasn’t ready and I was made to wait for it. We were working at the show so did not appreciate the necessary delay.
