Breakfast was okay and replenished quickly
Bed linen looked dirty, smelt and had hairs in it!
Reception didn’t give any information on arrival about wifi, free or to pay for it.
When I checked in I used a card for bar drinks etc but asked that I would use another payment for the room. On checkout they had charged my card at midnight and would not replace the payment method. They did not tell me that at check it. I’ve never had a problem with doing this at other hotels. I normally buy food drink separately then pay for my bed and breakfast with my hotel room and claim any expenses necessary.
Check out were reluctant to print me an invoice. After breakfast it still wasn’t ready and I was made to wait for it. We were working at the show so did not appreciate the necessary delay.
Everithing, nice hotel with friendly staff, good food and drinks. Location is also very nice.

The hotel was perfect, comfortable, beds are amazing, clean, and staff was amazing would highly recommend, breakfast was lovely and fresh, had a meal 2 nights in restaurant food was lovely and the staff was brilliant, special mention for Lucas in the restaurant he couldn’t do enough to help and was always busy making sure everyone happy and had everything they needed, everyone so friendly and professional, we will definitely be back!

The larger tasted off , we tried 4 different beers and all of them tasted off. I’m guessing they have t cleaned the lines !! Lots of other customers complained too. On my last visit 1 month before we had the same issue.. this needs resolving quickly.
Apart from that the hotel and food is spot on .
The hotel was clean and well equipped but there were some building works going on at level 3 - I was moved to floor one and didn’t notice the noise. Front of house staff “ blue” was professional helpful and ensured my stay was enjoyed. I was able to work from the club workspace which was great. The room was small but well equipped although the kettle lead was too short and the coffee/tea making area could have been better thought out
Really lovely hotel, vibe there is fantastic. Changing rooms in the leisure area were so clean. A huge thank you to rebecca who was on yesterday helping make this happen and make our time in the pool area feel safe and secure.

beauty hotel, good location , the food in the pub is good,the pool was the right temperture enjoyed our stay there.
I used the V works business lounge to work from for the day. It was a nice environment, very comfortable with good WiFi connection. Would definitely work from there in future. Blue on the front desk was also very helpful.
Had dinner at the grill and pub and received wonderful service from Gabriel
Always a pleasure to be here, the team at the bar is great, Gabriel, Lukas, Mina, what a great team . The service is always super fast and great , quality of the food is always tip top

We went to eat at the pub and grill after a long time we came back because we enjoyed the food but this time the food wasn't the same had no flavour at all the stuff was rude when I told them it didnt have taste I was over charge for something I didnt pay and after they refunded kindly which was okay at the end tried to get some sleep in the middle of night delivery lorry was making extreme noises which had woke us up a few times and after that 9am next to our room the maintenance team was doing some sort of drilling which disturb us fully and ruin our sleep and gave us a headache for the rest of the day the room didnt feel like it had been cleaned as there was small hair in the toilet and 1 toilet paper was left and empty body shower did ask but they didnt know where it was kept so I didnt receive it
I was served by Megan. She was amazing. Answered all my questions and was very friendly and professional. Credit to t he gym.
