Arianna Hotel

I am surprised that a reputed travel company like you have included this hotel.
the staff were not helpful .The Wifi service is useless.
Me and my wife were very disappointed.If we had the option we would have changed the hotel the night we arrived the hotel.

My experience with the Arianna Hotel in Singapore was extremely bad. I booked a four-night reservation for this hotel through Hotels.com on July 19, 2025, which cost me a considerable sum. However, I made a mistake in the dates and booked and paid for the stay at the Arianna a month too early. I realized this the next day and emailed Hotels.com to move my date forward a month. Hotels.com tried four times to persuade the Arianna management, but they refused to cooperate. Later, I read many bad reviews about this hotel.

Although we fully paid online for our reservation, receiptionist kept demanding extra cash to facilitate the booking, firstly receptionist said I

Location- amongst little india area with Indian restaurants that rarely open.15-20mins walk. Quite a distance to get anywhere in the city
Staff: rude,abrupt, unfriendly
Room: our triple room was cramp. In need of renovation. Blanket smell and haven’t been washed in ages. No under sheet. Room is leaking in wall. Floor dirty. We were being shuffled between rooms as they fix the leaking problem in the room
Wifi: drop out , slow. Ended up buying my own sim plan. No wifi access in lobby. No room viewing

Narrow room & poor cleaning service

This place is good enough for someone who comes for short stays (probably a day or two) and by themselves.
Rooms are extremely small.
The TV in my room didn't work. I had to ask for staff to fix the airconditioning remote (which they promptly did).
Having said this, the location is great. Mustafa centre of right opposite and great food options all around, some even open 24 hours a day

I will never recommend this hotel to anyone. Never Maintained. Towels, blankets maybe 15-20years old. Horrible bathroom. They only earn & didn’t want to do anything.

We stayed for 4 days. No toothpaste and toothbrush, bath soap, disposable slippers. TV is out of order. I was told to complain to the agent. Bathroom and wall is dirty. Not enough blankets for 3 adults they gave us Only 2. Too thin and dirty towels we have to buy our own towels across the street. No drinking water. The money we paid for Pesos 33,386 (SGD 756) is not worth it. Need improvement or renovation.

Worst hotel to stay in Singapore! Dirty and facilities are terrible not worth the price, you will be ripped off. They are charging you for something not worth staying for it it's value. They have TV, but doesn't even work at all. Family room, but too small and inconvenient. The pictures online are definitely deceiving!!! Don't ever book here, you will be doomed.

This is very cramp and untidy place. other than location close to mustafa and other eatries, horrible place to stay

we dint like the property, we booked the property unknowingly and it was a terrible experience in staying at the property. Even we were not provided the refund and their service was literally poor.one of the best hotel to avoid if some one is palnning to stay.
