Terrible worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in staff was the only thing

Only thing that was nice were the workers

Cons:

I think we literally stayed Ina old maintained closet the drop ceiling looked like it was about to collapse,tv didn’t even work - the cleaning closet and front desk were steps away from our door and they were vacuuming and talking at 6:30 in the morning - I don’t think we slept the bathroom had pubes on the floor and sink it was very deceiving and felt like I was taken advantage of we found something way better for even less checked out the flowing morning after we checked In at 3am the staff was every kick and understanding

Pros:

The location was fine, with easy and walkable access to the beach and the greater city area

Cons:

NO ONSITE PARKING and NO BREAKFAST. The hotel blamed it on Booking having incorrect details. After we arrived with a rental car and found no parking, we had to arrange daily parking at the Marriott. It wasn't hard, but it was an extra cost and hassle that we weren't prepared for after a long day of travel.

I couldn’t stay there.I made a reservation for two nights.I had a refund for one night.I had to change the hotel.
Pros:

Avoid going to the property.It is in terrible condition.Unclean ,broken, shower was not working.

This is a rundown hotel that requires a lot of work. The room was standard from 40 years ago. The water pressure was awful. There was no hot water at all, and the staff knew about this. The asked if we could wiggle the shower control to make it work. For over two hours the outside painters were looking in our windows while we lay on the bed. There were no curtains to close. Music from the downstairs bar, blasted until almost midnight. Front desk was friendly.

Location just a few yards from the beach is excellent.
The staff was excellent, very pleasant, courteous and eager to help!!!

Cons:

Facility needs a serious facelift. Start with a decent, less "scary" elevator!! Room could use some painting, hallways as well.
Feet washing station right at the entrance is not a good idea. It keeps the front entrance and lobby wet and slippery all the time. Consider moving it further away into the balcony perhaps.
Get a better TV for the room
