The only positives about this hotel were the convenient location and the friendly staff.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the room itself was one of the worst I have ever stayed in. There were stains on the bedding, mold on the walls, and the bathroom was so small that my knees were pressed against the wall when sitting. The room also had no view, and the bed appeared to be broken, which made the stay very uncomfortable.

I ended up checking out earlier than scheduled because of these issues. The staff told me I would be refunded for the remaining nights, but I was still charged the full amount, which was very disappointing.

Perfect for a short visit, clean and staff were super nice!
Pros:

Stayed one night before our cruise. It’s a great location right on Condado Beach. Simon at the front desk was great! We were able to store our luggage until our room was ready and change and head to the beach. Our room was ready early, it was clean! A/C worked great! Perfect for a short visit. Will stay again in the future.

Not a place to take rest at night

The location was good but the place was dirty and our room was in the first floor, next to the lobby were the staff was talking during the 11pm to 2am load and constantly, they started working at 6am when started making too much noise close to the rooms. was the worse nights in PR.

Great location
Pros:

Staff was great, locked up luggage after checkout because flight out was not until 8:00pm. We spend day at beach came back retrieved luggage and cleaned up before heading to dinner and airport.

Cons:

At night it was very loud ( actually louder than during the day), we could hear a TV, talking and doors. Not sure who or why this "quiet" time was not a consideration for the person/s awake.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff made the experience even better — especially Iván and Jesús, who were incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout my visit. Their service made me feel welcomed and well taken care of.

The check-in and check-out process were both fast, smooth, and stress-free, which I appreciated after traveling. The room was clean and comfortable, and everything was well organized.

The location is literally perfect — close to everything, easy to get around, and convenient for both exploring and relaxing.
