It's walking distance to where we wanted to go. We go there often so are familiar with the rooms.
The shower in the bathroom needs attention, the heads are clogged.
Location, price, clean, safe, and staff were helpful. The little extras were appreciated such as Keurig coffees, robes, cookies/candies bottles of water.
I am very sensitive to scent and found the air fresheners strong and irritating.
Parking isn’t ideal, however they do offer a discounted exit pass for the Market under ground parking.
Having a shower, bathtub, and wash up sink in the bedroom was different, felt a little odd but certainly workable.
Nice big room and the bathtub was long and deep. And bed was comfortable.
Also love that it's a nice little hotel and little to no contact with staff. Will go back.
It was cold. We turned up the heat but the room still felt cool from the big windows that needs an update I think.
Also our sink drained extremely slowly.
Close to where we were going
There are not many places to eat.
Nice place !
No parking at the hotel but public parking in front at market place.
Location
Lighting
Its accessible
Layout of room was nice, good facilities / amenities
Not very clean, room was very cold and took a long time to heat up. Could hear noise from other rooms.
Breakfast was not available. The location was excellent as we were so handy to the Canada Life Place.
It would be nice to have a restaurant for breakfast.
Television was not working out of service.
Thermostat also weren’t working so we couldn’t adjust the temperature and it was freezing all night.
Called for maintenance but no one showed up.
Room was good size and clean
Parking and reception availability
Large room, clean and very quiet!
Lighting in bathroom over sink terrible!!
Room was clean but the mattress was horrible very uncomfortable
Mattress was very uncomfortable left at 5am because we couldn't sleep on it. Parking was horrible. Took them two days to put my deposit back on my credit card
My husband and I did a quick trip to London Ontario, and stayed at the Hotel Metro. The receptionist (Mae) was very helpful /polite and accommodating to help us with questions. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay in a very popular downtown area of London
