This is our third stay at Hotel Metro. It’s modern, clean, central and close to many restaurants and other amenities!
Pros:

Great location beside Canada Life place

It’s down town London so some homeless about

Clean, well located.
Pros:

The hotel is clean, the staff are very nice and the location is perfect with close proximity to downtown, train station and the hockey.

Cons:

The pillows were impossible to sleep on. They gave me a headache so had to sleep without pillows. Because of that it is not ideal for a long stay. Not a fan of the virtual check in with the app either but as I was fiddling with it a very nice receptionist came over and checked me in.

Affordable comfortable stay close to do everything downtown.

The staff were super friendly and helpful , the bed was very comfy and the value was incredible.

Could have been better
Pros:

Location was right across the street from our venue so that was ideal. Bed was comfortable.

Cons:

Loud fan or something humming all night. Terrible sleep. Turned off thermostat but it did not do anything. Told front desk as we were checking out. She just said she would have maintenance look into it.

Great stay in a modern well-designed boutique hotel.
Pros:

Outstanding location. Very quiet retreat with a great urban vibe outside: restaurants, entertainment, and even a large indoor market across the street. A renovated area in an older city, so you have to be aware that parking and roads are not the same as in suburbia.

I would definitely come back to this hotel. Everything was wonderful.
Pros:

Wonderfully location, staff very helpful and friendly.
The rooms have beautiful set up and very comfortable and clean. I would recommend to my family and friends.
Thank you for a warm and welcoming stay.

Cons:

It would be nice to offer breakfast.

Not going back.
Pros:

Location suited our needs but a bit rough

Cons:

First, our room was not ready at check-in time which was a problem. We were referred to the manager who does not work weekends (we were checking in on a Saturday). The room’s windows were into an internal space. The pillows were huge and uncomfortable.
