Convient location
The Breakfast was absolutely delicious.
The staff was not very friendly 😒.
I Very clean and well maintained. Never would have guessed that the hotel was as old as it was.
Our stay was for two nights. We came in from out of state for a funeral in a neighboring town. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The queen suite we stayed in was a nice size. It featured a long l-shaped counter area with a sink and coffee maker. There was also a mini fridge and microwave underneath. There were two bar stools for seating at the counter. Along the wall by the TV was another long counter type table area with two chairs that was great for additional seating. There were three of us in the room and it was just the right size for us. The bed was on the firm side, which isn't our preference, but we wouldn't let that stop us from staying here again. The coffee was delicious, and the breakfast they offered had a lot of good choices. Hot foods that were there during our stay included sausage links, seasoned potato wedges, hash rounds, and omelets. Other items included apples, bananas, oranges, instant oatmeal and cereal, packaged pastries and muffins, and yogurt. There were also English muffins, bagels and bread for toasting. Drink options included milk, OJ, apple juice, and of course, coffee and tea. The hotel was clean and well kept. We enjoyed the outdoor seating off of the breakfast room.
Perfect stay, room was clean, the lobby was nicely decorated. Breakfast was bigger and better than I thought it would be. Breakfast area was kept clean and well stocked.
Everything was ok except the fire alarm went off some time around 4am. As a result, I had a panic attack. Evidently the smoke alarm needs some adjustment.
No smoke alarm going off.
nice to offer.
coffee and danish
Would prefer eggs and bacon or sausage over gravy and biscutt
Would like to see some fresh fruit
I liked how spacious and clean the room was
No smoking exit close to the room
Hot eggs would have been better than biscuits and gravy.
Very clean, nicely updated - seemed to be a step above other Microtels we’ve stayed in. Even the towels were thicker than normal and the bathroom was well-stocked, including the body wash and shampoo in the shower. Although much smaller than normal hotel rooms, very comfortable (except for the terrible pillows) and clean for the price. The lobby area is very nicely done. Nice coffee/tea offerings. Has normal breakfast fare you find since Covid 1st started (aka, mediocre).
Started well (except for the terrible, lumpy pillows) but the room would smell like cigarette smoke if we turned off the bathroom fan (coming in from other rooms?) Unfortunately the fire alarm went off about 5:00 a.m., so we all had to go outside. No one told us what was going on, but the alarm stopped after about 20 minutes. Again, no one told us anything so everyone just shuffled back in, assuming it was all clear. No fire marshal or fire truck showed up to check it out or give the all clear. A little disconcerting, to say the least. We overheard the woman setting up for breakfast that this happens frequently? If so, there seems to be a problem!
