Hotel staff will go through your belongings to steal what they want
Pros:

Stayed here to attend Beyond Wonderland. Hotel staff literally went through my bag and took my cash and my depression medication. Nobody stay here. If you do, don't leave anything of any value inside. I can't believe they went though all my belongings to find valuables.
I obviously cant be sure who it was but when I arrived, the fat bald maintenance guy kept asking what room we were staying in and followed us all the way to our room. He probably knows that festival goers have significant cash on hand to spend. We were easy to spot because of our clothes.

This is a very nice hotel

Not much honestly.

Overall the hotel was run down, found hair in bed sheets and bathroom was not very clean. Toilet seat had urine stains from previous guest, My wife used Lysol to disinfect the bed and bathroom, we stayed in room 310 and the Overall condition of the furniture was not what I think a LA Quinta should be. Not to mention other guests were smoking weed on our floor and every time you would walk the hallway or elevator you could smell it! At night the smell of weed would drift into you room. Overall I wouldn't recommend this location.

Pros:

The only thing that bothered us was having to plug in the ac and refrigerator. Everything was good. They do need to think about replacing the mattress soon.

Won't stay there again
Cons:

The homeless. To close to back door. People fighting. Dogs barking.It was like a revolving door coming and going all hours of night. Breakfast needs to be upgraded same bacon or sausage and scrambled eggs nothing new.
