I liked everything about this property
Everything this hotel is truly a gem!
That we had to head home.
Our first night we complained about the hot water not getting cold. I was told to keep turning it on and off until it gets hot
that didnt work and he came up to my room to help. the water never got hot it was luke warm
In order for the water to even get luke warm you had to let water from the sink to run the entire time while taking a shower

Loved that we got 7 adults and 1 child (5) in the same room. Loved how close the hotel was to Busch gardens, water country, historic Williamsburg and great places to eat.
Would have loved 2 bathrooms in our suite instead of 1. Even if it was a half bath in the bedroom portion of the suite.
The pillows were tiny. Less than standard sized pillows, even for the king beds.
The waffle maker in the breakfast area is ill placed and backs the line up. Everyone waits thinking it’s the line for food, but it’s only the line for the waffle maker. Also line is very long to wait.
breakfast was not great. They had no fruit in the fruit bowl and only had scrambled eggs and sausage daily which was kinda cheapy and made me realize to stop looking for free breakfast at hotels cause its never any good. The coffee with vanilla creamer was great and the hot tub was nice but very strong of chlorine and burned the eyes.

We liked everything. Our room was very nice and above our expectations. The hotel was more than we expected and all of the staff that we encountered were very nice and made us feel welcomed. We enjoyed the breakfast, it was really exceptional. The best I have ever had in all the years of my traveling. We enjoyed our time at the bar that evening, we don't drink but we met and enjoyed the company of some very nice people.
Everything was great except the bed size.
I reversed a room with two queen beds but there ware two double bed and when I called them the lady on the phone was so rude and disrespectful and said the beds are queen and I don’t need to argue!😡 I attached the bed's photos and you can see they are double beds, not Queen.
It was super clean! I brought Clorox wipes to wipe down everything and there was no dirt on it after wiping down surfaces!
Loved the indoor jacuzzi. Arcade room had just enough to entertain my teenager. It was nice to have access to to their food pantry area, which helped for those late night snacks. would recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again if ever back in Va.
Minor downfalls.. pool had too much chlorine the first 2 days we were there and it was hard to sit indoors as it burned my eyes. The continental breakfast was descent, could have more breakfast meat options, we were there for 4 breakfasts and only ate 2 times.
Didn't have any just coffee.
