Newly updated
The property was clean and well maintained.
We have stayed at this location several times and have been disappointed with the service. Thank you so very much.
Everything was fine.
It was very clean. Good location. Helpful staff. Very nice breakfast.
Nice location
Everything was nice.
Was conveniently located
We had a bed with a sofa bed, when we unfolded it the sheets were bunched up, mattress pad was stained and there was dirt. Kind of gross when you just checked in and just want to crash in a clean bed.
The Jacuzzi when we finally got hot water
Outdated television without Smart TV and TV guide showed no updated information on shows that were currently on or shows that we're coming on so basically channel surf the whole time. Didn't have hot water the first night so we couldn't use his jacuzzi or take a shower. The hotel did offer us the room next door to use just for showers but the water was also room temperature. The second night we stayed there was three bus fools of middle school and high school children that were allowed to run up and down the halls at all hours the night. Boys were staying in rooms with girls without adult supervision. They were yelling and screaming all night and banging on doors. The second floor balcony was open and in view of the main desk downstairs and the hotel staff never addressed the issue with the children being loud or running amuck. The second night was sleepless due to the teenagers that were in the room next to us. The hotel was not accommodating and taking money off of our room for the huge inconvenience both nights. We will not be returning to this hotel that we've been here several times and this was the most horrible experience we've had at any hotel let alone this one.
Almost don't want to say how much my sister and I enjoyed our stay because it might get TOO popular!
Breakfast was well-supplied. Scrambled eggs and omelets, bacon, bread products, Belgian waffle irons, cold cereal, and more. The coffee was really good. Even the packet coffee in the room was pretty good--a rare find! Decor was beautiful, everything was clean, the staff really cared. Very pleasant stay. The lotion smelled really good! Loved the suite arrangement with a divider separating the couch from the bed area. Great attention to detail.
The omelets could have been hotter, but they tasted good. The hot water took a long time to come in, but once it did it was good and hot. Only one elevator was operating, but we didn't have to wait long; it might have been a problem depending on how many groups were there. The HVAC unit didn't really seem connected with the thermostat; maybe some directions would have helped. We did get it working but don't know quite how we did it. We tried to get the fan only to stay on, but it didn't; it cycled on and off on auto. But the room was comfortable even though the air was often still; we just prefer continuous airflow. The room above us had lots of smaller feet running around--for about 10 minutes, so not bad. I do prefer a bathroom fan, for several reasons, but the air circulation was good even without one. Certainly these were just minor, especially compared to how great our overall stay was.
