Great stay at a great property!
Pros:

Cleanest room we have ever stayed in! Public spaces were spotless, even with renovations being completed. Very comfortable beds. Everything in the room replenished every day. Great breakfast. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Great value for a wonderful stay.

Pros:

The hotel was clean. The rooms were clean and spacious. The staff was nice. The pool was warm. The hottub was broken when I first got there, however, they fixed it a couple of nights before I left. The breakfast had a lot of choices. I will stay here again.

The hotel was being remodeled but they couldn't control that.

Cons:

Our first night we complained about the hot water not getting cold. I was told to keep turning it on and off until it gets hot
that didnt work and he came up to my room to help. the water never got hot it was luke warm
In order for the water to even get luke warm you had to let water from the sink to run the entire time while taking a shower

Exceptional service everyone!
Pros:

We liked everything. Our room was very nice and above our expectations. The hotel was more than we expected and all of the staff that we encountered were very nice and made us feel welcomed. We enjoyed the breakfast, it was really exceptional. The best I have ever had in all the years of my traveling. We enjoyed our time at the bar that evening, we don't drink but we met and enjoyed the company of some very nice people.

It was good overall for the price but I will not stay there again. Next time I won't worry breakfast
Pros:

breakfast was not great. They had no fruit in the fruit bowl and only had scrambled eggs and sausage daily which was kinda cheapy and made me realize to stop looking for free breakfast at hotels cause its never any good. The coffee with vanilla creamer was great and the hot tub was nice but very strong of chlorine and burned the eyes.
