The gentleman at the front desk was very friendly and accommodating. The next morning, the general mgr was very friendly as well, and she was interested in my feedback.

Cons:

I will admit he did tell me that there was ice on the 1st floor, however signage said it was also on the third, that was wrong, out of order, so additional signage would have been helpful. Pool chemicals were extremely strong. I wish the hot tub was "hotter" and had shorter benches, awkward to sit on and no strong jets. I told the front desk - I think room 405? 4 white spots inside the new TV screen and the toilet was not properly installed to the floor, it rocks and wobbles. I am NOT complaining, as I said before, I am just bringing it to your attention to help you. I am a business owner as well. You don't know what you don't know. Also, I am a large strong guy, however, the door is heavy and restrictive to open - check it out. Cheers! Rod

Pros:

I liked the pool. The rooms were very comfortable especially the beds and the bathroom was very nice
It was very nice they had a covered pool and a Jacuzzi it was the best part .

Cons:

I don't it's a huge deal but I didn't like that there was no space to do yoga in the fitness center and the breakfast options weren't my fave but the waffles and juice are always good for my kiddos

Great stay at a great property!
Pros:

Cleanest room we have ever stayed in! Public spaces were spotless, even with renovations being completed. Very comfortable beds. Everything in the room replenished every day. Great breakfast. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Great value for a wonderful stay.

Nothing, everything was great!

Pros:

The hotel was clean. The rooms were clean and spacious. The staff was nice. The pool was warm. The hottub was broken when I first got there, however, they fixed it a couple of nights before I left. The breakfast had a lot of choices. I will stay here again.

Cons:

The hotel was being remodeled but they couldn't control that.
