Las instalaciones y la ubicación excelentes! Los empleados de recepción y del desayuno también! Muy resolutivos!!! Y amables.
Fueron un par de detalles que supieron resolver a la brevedad, como por ejemplo un vaso o una silla en la habitación ya que éramos dos y solo había uno.

Great location everything is close by. I recommend highly the tango dinner and show. Atmosphere is great good energy and very friendly and accommodating staff. Rooms are cleaned daily and are very roomy and they also have accessible rooms with high toilet and showers with seats and grab bars. The price is very reasonable for this area. I included the breakfast and it’s worth it with lots to choose from. Don’t forget to visit the viewing deck on the ninth floor to get great pictures of the Obelisk!

Casi todo muy bien, pequeñas mejoras hubieran elevado el resultado:
Una pava eléctrica en la habitación seria una muy buena mejora, otra silla o silloncito estaría muy bien. Me imagino que una cadena hotelera como NH en una ciudad del tamaño de Buenos Aires y con todo lo que se puede adquirir en ella no debe tener dificultad de servir bollería que no este rancia (en uno de los tres desayunaos que tome) o panes que no estén secos y sin ningún gusto (en otra delas oportunidades).
La propiedad me gustó por su ubicación
Que no funcionaba correctamente la calefacción siendo que la temperatura exterior estaba alrededor de 10*C
Tienen problemas con aire acondicionado.
Lo manejan central y queda súper caliente o súper frío
Lo mejor del hotel es la ubicación si necesitas estar en pleno centro en frente del obelisco
La habitación no era la que me dijeron en la reserva pero calculo que la cambiaron a una igual en otro piso por disponibilidad y la hora en la que llegue. En lineas generales bien pero se nota el desgaste. Pisos y paredes ralladas, Muebles muy desgastados ETC.
Achei o hotel muito bom. Café da manhã tinha bastante variedade, inclusive opções sem lactose. Gostei dos quartos e a localize incrível.
A equipe não é simpática.
