Pagamos por uma suite com sofá e recebemos com apenas uma poltrona. Tb não havia roupoes e chinelos como na reserva estava escrito. O frigobar não funcionava. Reclamos 2 vezes e foram 3 x para solicionar. Abajur estragado, tb tivemos q reclamar. Reposição de café e leite em pó precaríssima. Perguntei, inclusive, se seria somente na chegada. A resposta foi q deveria ser diaria, a cada limpeza. Só recebemos 2x, em 10 dias, depois de muita insistencia.

Me dieron una habitacion con balcón en la planta 8 , pero no habia ni una mesita ni una silla , los balcones les falta privacidad, pero la vista espectacular ,
La televisión no funciono Internet, estaba el cable roto y pedí que lo arreglaran pero lo hicieron cuando ya me tenia que ir, la cama estaba muy junta al mueble era imposible sacar la silla del escritorio para usarla en el balcón. El baño tenia roto el recipiente del jabón de ducha, son pequeños detalles y todo suma a una estancia placentera. La limpieza perfecta! El desayuno muy bien

Fueron un par de detalles que supieron resolver a la brevedad, como por ejemplo un vaso o una silla en la habitación ya que éramos dos y solo había uno.

Great location everything is close by. I recommend highly the tango dinner and show. Atmosphere is great good energy and very friendly and accommodating staff. Rooms are cleaned daily and are very roomy and they also have accessible rooms with high toilet and showers with seats and grab bars. The price is very reasonable for this area. I included the breakfast and it’s worth it with lots to choose from. Don’t forget to visit the viewing deck on the ninth floor to get great pictures of the Obelisk!
