Please note that underage guests must be accompanied by an adult. Guests under 18 years old cannot check in at the hotel without adult supervision.

Please note breakfast is not included in all room types and rates. Lazy Sundays and holidays are until 3pm with no extra charge are possible upon availability, and should be asked beforehand.

Pros:

La ubicación es increíble. Había estado en este NH hace unos años y ahora hemos repetido porque la calidad y la ubicación son un acierto. Personal amable, habitaciones cómodas y súper limpias.

Pleasant stay in city centre

シャワーを使うとシャワーブースからトイレまでお湯が流れ出てしまうため、気をつけてシャワーを使っていてもトイレまで水浸しになる

ミニバーにはスナック菓子がたくさんあるにもかかわらず、Booking の予約確認書に明記されているコーヒーメーカーも電気ポットが部屋になかった事

Tango on the doorstep
Pros:

Location, breakfasts, staff, junior suite for space at good price. Tango show next door.

Cons:

Shower floor slopes away from drain so ends up in a pool of water. Design fault! No plug in bath so can't use. But everything else was great.

Reservamos la Junior Suite..Las vistas a la avenida 9 de Julio, donde se ve una panorámica de la avenida y la ciudad increíble. Una pasada.
La ubicación es inmejorable.
Melissa (creo que se llama asi) fue muy amable en el check in y nos ayudo a solucionar un pequeño problema. Gracias.

Cons:

Limpieza muy mejorable. Desde que llegas notas que a la habitación le hace falta una limpieza a fondo.
El hotel en general esta algo falto de renovación y mejoras.
El baño tiene una distribución extraña.

Сердце Буйнос Айреса. Очень удобное местоположение, отличные завтраки, удобный номер и белоснежная постель. Особо хотелось бы отметить доброжелательный персонал. Очень помогла девушка на ресепшене. Отель рекомендую 100%.

Excelentes vistas del obelisco, personal de recepción, ubicacion 10/10
Pros:

El personal de recepción excelente. Necesitaba una habitación con vistas y lo pudo gestionar la recepcionista de la tarde. Al hacer el check out, el otro recepcionista también un servicio super cordial. Limpieza y orden excelentes. Me encantó la habitación con terraza/balcón. Voy a volver como siempre

Cons:

Algunas partes de madera del piso de la terraza y pintura necesitarían refaccionarse. Especialmente saliendo a la terraza hay una parte del piso de madera floja y uno se puede doblar el pie si se sale esa parte.

Buena ubicación y buen dormir pero la habitación que nos tocó era oscura.
Pros:

Buena cama y excelente limpieza de la habitación cuando la pedimos. Valoro que inciten a que no se limpie todos los días ni se cambien las toallas todos los días, solo cuando se solicita.

Cons:

La habitación que nos tocó era muy oscura, una ventana muy pequeña como fuente de luz natural y poca luz en el resto de los ambientes. Pedimos habitación con 2 camas al reservar, al hacer check in online y al momento de ingresar y aun así solo nos dieron habitación con cama matrimonial. Quisimos cambiar pero no nos habilitaron otra habitación.
