Es war der Hammer!
Pros:

Der absolute Hammer! Eine Nacht in diesem super Hotel mit Traum Infinity Pool im 57. Stock muss man sich einfach mal gönnen. Alles von A bis Z top!

Short and disappointing
Pros:

The location, the facilities

Cons:

30m queue for check in, this is no 5 star hotel, it’s like going to Disney land.
Whoever designed the reception in the middle of the outside crowd going to the facilities isn’t smart, or at least isn’t a hotelier.
5 star service is about personalized service, attention to detail, seem less experience, it was exactly the opposite!
I was about to pay 1000€ for a night but decided to cancel at the check in.
The reception manager was kind enough to cancel without fees…
Then I went to 200€ hotel and I had an amazing service!
The service at the higher deck is not attentive, clients are considered as sheep, numbers, the more I serve the better, … next!
Basically you go there for a selfie at the top floor that will cost you 38$… then run away… next attraction !

Once a lifetime opportunity missed.

Cons:

Check in was delayed 1hr. Till 16hrs we were waiting for the room to be ready. Addressed me (female) as Mr. On the welcome board even though I told them several time to correct it.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever been to
Pros:

Everything was outstanding in this hotel. Room, every common area, poolside, mall, gym - are spotless clean. Service is top notch. Food is delicious. Rooms are perfect… we loved our stay there❤️

Cons:

It is impossible to dislike anything about this place. Pure perfection.
