This place is awful stay away!

Cons:

Broken air-conditioning and heat system , broken tables, The locks on my room door did not work. I was moved through three different rooms for a two day stay because they couldn’t find a room that wasn’t full of broken things.. housekeeper came directly into my room without knocking, just opened the door with her key and barged in and acted surprised that I was in there.

Would book it again!!
Pros:

I liked staff professionalism, decor, comfort, ambiance, amazing breakfast - took us all by surprise, unlimited coffee, checkout at noon as opposed to 11. Great value for the money! I feel happy, well-rested, like I was at a resort.
