Pros:

Hotel godny polecenia zarówno dla turystów jak i przebywających służbowo. Byłam po raz kolejny i wspominam mile. Śniadania nie mają sobie równych w Katowicach a może i na Śląsku:-). Bardzo czysto, pokój z wszelkimi udogodnieniami, fachowy i miły personel w recepcji. Standard naprawdę bardzo wysoki. Wrócę za rok.

Brak oświetlenia głównego w pokoju. A gdy podłącza się ładowarkę i gasi się światło to prąd się odłącza. Więc aby naładować telefony w nocy musiałam spać z zapalonym światłem...

Krátka, ale príjemná skúsenosť
Pros:

Skutočne bohaté a chutné raňajky. Až na jednu malú výnimku hneď na začiatku milý a profesionálny personál.

Cons:

Trochu chladný prístup pani na check-in, ktorá napriek tomu, že videla, že nie sme domáci, tak sa s nami bavila ako s miestnymi po poĺsky, bez toho že by ju zaujímalo, či skutočne sme všetko porozumeli.
Plus sa nám nepáčil systém prevádzky výťahov, kedy nie vždy na prvý krát sa podaril postup jeho aktivácie a niekedy to bolo trochu frustrujúce.
