Varmt och professionellt välkomnande samt bemötande från personalen. Entrén skapar en wow-känsla, mycket god atmosfär. Hotellet erbjuder flera alternativ av restauranger och faciliteter så som gym, spa, barer och pool. Bra kommunikationsmöjligheter till centrum, gallerior och flygplats (15-20 min). Rekommenderar starkt att man besöker poolen och restaurangen på takvåningen där fantastisk utsikt kan avnjutas med god mat och dryck.

A good location cannot make up for poor service and lack of accountability.

My experience at this hotel was very disappointing and far from what I expected from a five-star property.
To begin with, the front desk staff had no idea about my booking plan. I was repeatedly asked to move from one counter to another just to sort out the coupon that should have already been part of my reservation.
Secondly, the hotel does not seem to have a proper parking arrangement. On the first day, I was asked to park my car in front of the hotel. The next day, I was instructed to move it to a different parking area. The following morning, I discovered a dent on my car while it was parked near the hotel's main entrance. When I raised the issue with the security staff, they immediately denied any knowledge of what had happened and offered no assistance.
As someone traveling between cities by car, secure parking is a basic expectation. The hotel's handling of both the parking situation and the damage to my vehicle was extremely unprofessional.
Overall, this was not the level of service I would expect from a five-star hotel. Better staff training, proper parking management, and greater accountability are urgently needed

It’s a shame on the 5 star standards as none of the properties I stayed in India know what actual 5 star actually means and how to maintain that kind of standards. The bathroom shower hose already broken in the room I stayed. Air conditioning again not working at night. Reservation team is prompt in response but they are not prompt in giving proper service with solutions. My booking was done wrongly by booking.com and I needed immediate assistance and booking.com was not available to answer. The next day the reservation team helped me sort the issue.
