Pros:

The only complaint was the hot tub did not heat up at all. That was something we wanted to do was go to the hot tub.

Pros:

There was a small issue when I arrived. My room was accidentally checked in with another family. No biggie the lady at the front desk took care of it. Later that night though I did receive a phone call after 10pm asking to come down to the desk to sort things out. I guess the lady thought she called the other family.

A fairly comfortable construction zone.
Pros:

The room was fairly comfortable. Unfortunately we were put in a room next to rooms that had just recently flooded. We constantly had noise pollution from fans and workers going in and out of these rooms. The hallways were fairly torn up, the wallpaper and baseboards were torn up, the two closest exit doors were barely hanging on and seemed damaged for awhile.
Staff was always polite, but couldn't seem to do a lot.

Comfortable stay
Pros:

The stay was good. Nearby all the events that I was part of for the weekend. Water on point gets hot fast. Customer service was great. Very spacious a home away from home.

The breakfast was good. The room condition was ghetto. The headboard was falling apart. The kitchen was nasty. The wallpaper was literally hanging off the wall. The curtains in the bedroom were only shears so light flooded in the room from the street and highway all night long the room had a horrible smell. The sofa was something they may have found in the trash.

It was very nice room and was clean. Needed more trash cans in the room. It could also use a little bit of an update, but otherwise no complaints! Would stay there again.
