Good location on the beach.
Terrible experience - would not recommend. Woke up at 5am to rainwater flooding in through the AC. Went to front desk who said that they could do nothing except give us towels. The water filled a trash can 4 times over and we had to keep emptying it. A handyman eventually came at 1pm. When we reported this issue twice to two separate managers, both were rude and dismissive and neither even said sorry to us for the inconvenience. Having paid so much money I would really have expected much better facilities and service. A terrible way to treat your customers. To top it off we found an old sandwich in the fridge left over from the previous customers in the room.
The location is very good, especially if you’re interested in being right on the beach in what tends to be the more gay area. Some of the staff were very friendly. It’s also great to have the complementary chair service right there on the beach.
The accommodations were comfortable, but it is very basic and not super clean. If you go for an ocean view, be prepared for the windows to not really be very clear. It was a little frustrating that I couldn’t have coffee in the beanbag chairs next to the restaurant in the mornings, even though I was the only one around those were reserved for restaurant guests only so there isn’t really anywhere in the hotel lobby to sit and get sun. There’s also a major construction project next-door.
The restaurant was excellent, the beachfront was awesome!
The room was right next to the door and it was loud. We could hear every time someone came in and out. Good thing though is when I sleep, I sleep hard
It was nice but online the rooms look better
The room were small and the tv didn’t work when it rain and it was small storm. we didn’t have anything to watch on tv.
The staff was great. The location is perfect.

Rooms are not a big size, wardrobe is literally 15 inch that you can hang not more then three shirts, all our stuff remained in our luggage. Bathroom is very small, no place to leave your personal items. Windows do not open. TV has no channels, service did only replace towels! Not the best experience.
