We have booked this hotel 3 times. Really like the location. The rooms have improved.

Cons:

The Tryst canceled our reservations for 5 rooms we had booked 9 months earlier even though we had been charged for the rooms a week earlier. They had called us to confirm we were coming a few times. They told us there was a big festival in town. The morning we were coming, boarding the airplane we received an email saying they canceled our reservation. We tried calling them with no answer. We called booking.com with no help as well. We went online and were able to rebook the same rooms for $2200 more. When we arrived they they were rude at first.
Then gave us the less expensive price.

Great value, great location
Pros:

Great view from their bar/restaurant. Staff were very friendly and personable. Hotel was under some renovation but it was making improvements and you can see a lot of pride is being put into this place.

Cons:

The food was decent, a little different, but good presentation. They upgraded our room to a 3 bedroom suite.. totally unnecessary but I think they were overbooked. I would stay again- it was a fun place.

Beliggenhed.

Cons:

Små rum. Ingen vandkoger. Døre, Skabe og skuffer der ikke kunne lukkes, dryppende shower hoveder. Et homoseksuelt miljø der var for meget m.m.

Magnifica ubicación frente al mar y atención formidable !❤️
Pros:

La ubicación es fantastica cerca de la playa y restaurantes y vida nocturna. A escasos minutos del viejo San Juan.
La atención es maravillosa ! Angel en la recepción nos ayudo y fue muy amable al sugerirnos lugares para comer y visitar por toda la isla. La comida del restaurante del hotel es increíble !

La ubicación del hotel es maravillosa frente al mar. El tamaño de la habitación es algo pequeña pero funcional para una pareja. Es un hotel definitivamente solo para adultos. La atención que recibimos fue de primera, especialmente en el front desk que estaba Angel quien nos ayudo con todo lo relacionado con nuestro viaje, nos dio recomendaciones fue muy gentil !!! Volveremos definitivamente !
