Staff was amazing rooms need attention
Pros:

Our room had nasty hairs in the shower and in one of the beds. There was left over food in the fridge that had to of been days old 😞 there was no hot water in the bathroom sink.
However, front desk staff and the breakfast attendant along with the assistant GM was amazing. We was in town for a funeral and was hoping for a nice clean room

Pros:

Love how helpful the staff was. Beds were comfortable. Facilities were clean. Nice breakfast.

Cons:

The hot tub was broken, several entrance doors were broken, we arrived an hour and 15 minutes after check in and needed to wait 15 minutes longer because our room wasnt ready. More staff needs hired and Id assume better pay for them.

Excellent stay, great value
Pros:

The room was so much bigger than a standard hotel room. Our family of 2 adults and 3 kids was very comfortable with room to spread out a bit. The kids loved the pool. The hotel staff was wonderful.
