Great location. Staff was wonderful. Relatively clean.
Chose it for the hot tub because travel is hard on the back! Pool was open, hot tub had caution tape strapped all over it. No notification, no signs. Not happy.
Bathroom had wallpaper significantly peeling. Door handle on shower door was falling off. The break between the hard floor and carpet in the bed area is a pretty good lip and a trip hazard (learned this the hard way). Wall sockets in room and hall had black scorch marks - 4th floor - which my fire fighter husband picked up right away.
Unfortunately for my family of 3 this hotel was extremely disappointing. We traveled 3 hours for a graduation, decided to book an extra night at this hotel to enjoy the pool as a family and the fitness center for myself. We checked in very late friday night and the pool was down for "cleaning", that is perfectly understandable. Saturday morning it was still unusable due to being cleaned. We left for the day, my child and myself were very hopeful and expected that upon return that the pool would be accessible. It was NOT!. UNFORTUNATELY that was not the only issue we had, entering the elevators was absolutely terrible multiple times with a very gut churning smell, the 3 rd floor ice machine was out of order so we went to the 4th floor where the ice room smelled of rotten dairy. I was very hopeful and excited for this stay, as was my child but we were Unfortunately promised amenities that were not accessible at ANYTIME during our 2 night stay. I was recommended this hotel by family, who also stayed this same weekend (5/8 thru 5/10) they are also very disappointed in the experience we all have encountered. I choose this hotel solely bc of reviews and unfortunately those reviews are no longer accurate. The place so many people have raved about has went so far down hill. I feel as if I can speak for MOST families, a pool is a very important part of picking a place to stay. This hotel would be better represented as a motel due to the lack of accessible amenities. At no point in the booking process was it communicated that the advertised pool, hot tub (that has been unusable for a LONG time), the fitness center or the multiple broken doors and the horrible smell would be something we would have to encounter. I am not usually one to leave a negative review but after paying almost 450$'s for TWO very disappointing nights, I want families to be aware that you are NOT getting what is advertised
Pool wasnt open.
Our room lock was broken, Foul smell in lobby and patio area. Pool closed the entire time. Some Breakfast items unavailable.
The property was well lit and located by interstate.
The driveway up to the hotel was dark.
Location
Staff were rude. The hotel had a terrible odor and the breakfast was horrible.
All inclusive
Totally satisfied
Our room had nasty hairs in the shower and in one of the beds. There was left over food in the fridge that had to of been days old 😞 there was no hot water in the bathroom sink.
However, front desk staff and the breakfast attendant along with the assistant GM was amazing. We was in town for a funeral and was hoping for a nice clean room
Close to my daughter
We booked a king room and got 2 queen suite. Would have preferred one bed but the size of the room made up for it
Location
Room was not cleaned, gym equipment broken
Everything was wonderful, spacious snd staff was amazing!
The bathtub had some deep cracks in it
Love how helpful the staff was. Beds were comfortable. Facilities were clean. Nice breakfast.
The hot tub was broken, several entrance doors were broken, we arrived an hour and 15 minutes after check in and needed to wait 15 minutes longer because our room wasnt ready. More staff needs hired and Id assume better pay for them.
Everything was clean, nice breakfast selection
Nothing
Property was very clean, smelled super clean, rooms were nice, and location was near many things.
Everything was lovely
