The Hiltons should be better than that😢😤

That I chose that hotel as my Christmas gift to my grand babies this year bc they like to swim and Grandma was looking forward to the hot tub for these òld achy bones and I could've had a suite at a different hotel closer to home for only$12 more but 743 square feet instead of only 300 and something feet for 3 days just to get there and the hot tub at the pool was"out of order"!! I chose the room option of paying in advance to save $20 that required a 24 hr cancellation notice or I would be charged a fee equal to 1 of those 3 days stay which was roughly $125!!! Nowhere not the booking reservation site or the hotel site did it tell you that the hot tub was currently out of order. When we realized that was the case at check in I inquired with front desk and was basically told ughhhh don't know what to tell ya. I would've normally put up one hell of a stink but being that this was my 4 grandkids "Big" Xmas gift I was afraid of the "retaliation" of being nit picked our whole 3 days stay and didn't want to jeopardize that for them as they are kids of 6,8,9, and 10 and it's their gift so I wanted them to have fun. And of course our very 1st night there we received a call at 1030 that they got a complaint from the guests underneath us complained they were loud and that they were trying to sleep. You know what they were doing?? Building a tent with the sofas extra pillows and covers!! And lastly.... (Sorry NOT SORRY) I recall seeing somewhere during the reservation process of "kid friendly"! MY A**! YUPPPP won't do that again. Sooo pretty much very very very unsatisfied. Please do better for the next grandparent and grandkids.😤

Not happy
Pros:

This location DOES NOT HAVE A WORKING HOT TUB. The reason we choose this location was for the hot tub to find out after we settled in and went to check out said hot tub it was down no one mentioned that and the sites all show a working hot tub so for client benefit HOT TUB DOES NOT WORK I paid more for this hotel compared to others in the area because of a hot tub,
